We just bought 2 of these. Great for emergencies, but overall purchased for our RV in case we plan to boondock. Too big to fit into the alloted gen box in the rv, so we will be using them in the truck bed, until we order a carrier for the back, if we go that route. They do include the generator adapter, so even if the picture looks like its not gen ready, it is, so you are good to go. Definitely quiter than a regular generator. For a generator, easybto start. Remember, no generator is perfectly easy to start Llnkf the time, so keep that in mind. Overall, well made, functions well..love the built in handle and wheels.

Great for RVS

Very happy! Powers everything I need it to in my tavel trailer including the A/C and microwave at once. Great product for someone who is looking for a cheaper option.

Received quickly. Read instructions added oil and gas. Started on first pull (every time). Ran camper A/C, frig, lights and microwave. Generator handled all the appliances without any problem. It is less noisy than the air conditioner. Quick happy so far. We will see what happens in the long haul

Awesome

Needed a powerfully quiet generator that could run my AC in a Toy Hauler. A-i Power excelled with all the latest in portable generator power. It can do it all well, but the best attributes beyond reliability is the remote start. On and off while in the comfort of the indoors. 
     There was one item that did not test well. Tried the recoil to pull start. It did not operate with several attempts. This was most likely a new start problem. The factory delivered battery power push button was a difficult start on the first 2/3  starts on different occasions.
     Full test on 12/5/20, tickle charged battery took 2/3 attempts to start. Bottoming this machine did not like cold starts; however, once going it is a Superb machine. This is my second portable. It is excellent for boondocking. 
      It is quiet enough to run inside our HOA based community. Ran several hours with no complaints. Efficiency was noteworthy. 2.3 gallons ran for maybe 5 or 6 hours under a load. Tested the furnace without any problems. 
     At this price point I would recommend just based on features listed, but this is not the half of it. Other capabilities include multi fuel option with unleaded or propane available options. 20 or 30 amp plugs with ease of access. Compact design, with some weight which may be a factor in your decision, and it is quiet enough but noticeable.
     Overall, everything I wanted. It was nicely priced, well equipped, quiet, multifueled, reliable, efficient, compact, and convenient. Recommended for most users who need affordably quiet and compact RV/power based camping seeking to power an HVAC. I actually think it is more than adequate. Others have less power, better reputation, and similar features at a greater cost. Generator that makes good sense!

Magnificent Go-Power at your Finger tip

We purchased this to fill two needs. One is to power our camping trailer when boondocking. The other is to power the house when power goes out. 
Shipping was timely. Unpacking was straight forward. After adding gas and oil and reviewing the instructions I pulled the starter and it fired on the first try. (Which really surprised me!)
 While we have not taken it camping yet it does power the trailer just fine and is nice and quiet and easy to move around, which is important to me as I have physical limitations.
I have not tried it on the house yet hence the 4 star rating. I see no reason why it wouldn't work fine. 
All in all it's a nice little unit and I look forward to giving it a workout.

Nice Unit!

Worked pretty good until it got warmer out.  Then didn’t run as smooth.  We opened the outside doors so air could get to motor, worked great after that.  Runs pretty quiet.

Would buy another one if we need it

You have to be your own repair man with this generator they send you the items and expect you to put it on yourself and fix the grounding wire with pictures they email you!

Stay away

I was excited about purchasing this Inverter generator.
I followed all pre-start directions. The A-ipower generator starts up and engines with no problem. Digital readout shows the inverter is generating  power - no power when you plug anything to the receptacles- there are no faults showing -no power at all. Really needed this since we have been with out of power in lake Charles for weeks.

This review is all about the shipping time - originally shipping was suppose to be two days - it's been over a week and very little communication about the delay until I hounded customer support and then a burst of info and nothing for another couple days.
