Hello. I have intentionally left the stars unchecked because, while I really like the speed of the new machine - it replaced one I bought in 2016 - I am COMPLETELY disgruntled by the way it handles my music streams.

I listen to classical music when I am on my computer. With this new machine, a piece of music can go from loud and blaring to nothingness - and then back to loud and blaring - in a very short time. This is NOT how the pieces were composed.

I had my computer repair guy, who highly recommended Asus, try to fix it but he was unable to. 

The upshot of this is that it is no longer enjoyable to listen to my favorite classical pieces because of the sound variations. I'd almost take my 2016 computer back because there were NO problems with that one, an HP model.

If you can tell me what I need to do to rectify this problem, I will consider filling out your star-rating system above.
