This is a very nice drafting/task chair. It is well built and sturdy. The adjustability is excellent. It is fairly easy to assemble.

I haven't contacted the manufacturer yet but first time I sat in the chair half of one of the wheel popped off and it won't stay snapped in place but . Comfortable though just can't move

There is practically no protection of the item in the box.  The armrest was delivered damaged twice due to the same packaging method.  You can't put a thin piece of metal next to a cushioned armrest, pressing against it with no protection and expect the product to arrive in good condition.  Chair looks nice...pathetic packaging process.

This chair is well built. It's vertical adjustments work well. However, the backrest is only adjustable with tools and does not extend far enough back for me to be comfortable. There is no ability to lean back in the chair. It requires me to sit with perfect posture. I am not built that way. Only buy this chair if you are skinny with perfect posture.
