Decided to splurge and get king crab Christmas. The 2 pound bag was perfect for just two people. Picked these up and was very impressed with the pre-split shells, even the claws and they steamed up easily! They were impressive meaty pieces that came right out of the shells clean.

My husband bought these while i was on vacation with my mom. He ate them without me. They must have been delicious because he bragged about it for days.

Tasty, so i hear

I shopped around for the best deal in my area and found that Sam’s Club has the best value. Most were $10 more a pound. Ordering fresh from Alaska was ridiculously cost prohibitive. The next time I want King Crab, I will go to Sam’s for it.

King Crab

When I use this in my seafood Alfredo or seafood salad, my friends and family cannot stop eating it until it’s gone. I have to hide a serving size for the third day!!!

Helps Your Seafood Dishes to Shine with Flavor.

Taste, quantity, and price were excellent. Not sure what Southern King Crab is, but it was the same taste and texture as Alaskan King just a bit smaller.

These are my favorite treat when I make the long trek to Sam’s Club! I wish Sam’s would open a new location in Dane county Wi again. The closest one is 45+ minutes. We would shop there more often if I could. We  have the other club here and even though it’s only a few miles away, we still prefer Sam’s Club! Sams carry’s “every day” things families need at decent prices! Please come back!!!!!

Excellent crab- big pieces!

The product was well worth the price. The crab legs are pre-cracked and meaty. Can’t wait to the next special occasion to serve them again. They’ll be great for a crab boil.

Where have you been all my life?

Sam’s used to carry Alaskan Colossal King Crab legs which were to die for. These are more like queen size. Takes a lot of work to extract the meat. Will probably look elsewhere next time!

Too much work

Seemed old and of course too expensive. What the heck happened to the true jumbo and colossal king crab

I bought this product expecting large pieces of crab meat. I was sadly disappointed. For the price of this bag, I could have bought 2 bags of the snow crab legs and gotten more. Will never buy this product again.
