I need to get a water dispenser that the button were up top. I watch my 1yr old & 3 yr grandsons. They kept pushing the cool water buttons & flooding our hardwood floors. The button are out of reach from little hands. This cooler also comes with room temperature water which is great for kids and not too cold.

I am very happy so far with this cooler. I like that I can easily fit larger water bottles etc. Under the spouts. My only negative is I find it a little louder when it is running than my previous cooler.

Very nice good quality cooler.  Comes assembled pretty much.  Water is ice cold which is the reason i bought it.  It's a good choice

Very easy to set up and use. The sound is pretty minimal when cooling or heating the water. 8 would recommend it.

Works Great!

I purchased this because I hated buying the bottle and throwing more plastic in our landfills. I’ve only had it a short period but am satisfied with it. For the price it’s pretty much what you would expect. When I purchased it I was under the assumption that it had a bottom storage for another jug but this one didn’t.  The taps don’t stop immediately after dispensing they drip a little so thank goodness for the drip cup. I haven’t and probably won’t use the hot water dispenser yet. It’s not too noisy when running. All in all it’s a nice water cooler for the price.

Nice for the price

Room temperature and Cold are the exact same temperature. I expect my water to be ice cold and not have to put ice in it. That's why I bought this. It has the best reviews on Sam's website. So this is why I bought it. My previous cooler was over 25 years old, and it kept our water ice cold. But it stopped working. I don't know if I'm expecting too much, but I want ice cold water!!

Not Ice cold

We bought this machine about 3 years ago. It worked well until about 2 months ago. It started freezing up and the cold water line stopped completely. As of this week, the hot water line no longer works, either. After some online investigation, we found this is very common to this machine. Replacement parts are near impossible to locate, and the website for Avalon recommended we just replace the machine. I regret buying a dispenser that only lasted three years with no option of repair to the components to make it last longer.

Worked well for a little while

Don’t waste your money. It’s has leaked the entire water bottle over the floor twice. We have called the manufacturer with no resolution

Wasted money and water

We bought this dispenser in Jan. 2023 and it started leaking all over the floor in April 2023. No idea why it suddenly started pouring out on the floor, but the water was coming straight out of one of the tubes. Worked great for the three months that it was operational. For an expensive product, I assumed it would last a few years at least. Very disappointing.
