Great potato chips that appear to be kettle cooked

As far as potato chips go, this is by far, some of the best I've ever eaten! They're absolutely delicious, the crunch factor is through the roof, no weird after taste and the flavors are bold, and spot on. What makes these chips even more appealing, is their ingredients list. Boulder Canyon is made with real ingredients, and not a bunch of chemicals you can't pronounce. Since I've found these chips, I don't enjoy eating other brands of potato chips, and yes, they're that good! Please give the different flavors and varieties a try, they're all delicious! The only a couple downsides to these potato chips, one is trying not to eat the whole bag the first time you open it up. I'm warning you, get you a bowl, put some in it, and put the bag away! If you don't, and you eat the whole bag, don't say I didn't warn you! 😁 The other is, deciding which one is your favorite, enjoy!

The Champion of Chips!

These are incredibly good—I love that they’re made using avocado oil rather than processed seed oils. The flavor is amazing—I get two bags of these whenever I go to Sam’s—recommended!

Boulder Canyon—GREAT chips—too good!

I love the ingredients it was made out of.  Potatoes, avocado oil, and sea salt.  They were to hard for me.  I thought i picked up the thin and crispy which it loved.  If you like dip style chips by all means get them they are worth it.

These chips are SOOO crunchy, I love them and will buy them again! First time ever having something made with Avocado oil, and I have not read up on avocado oil, but many oils become carcinogenic (poison) when heated to deep fry temperatures; I will have to research this.

Great flavor

I got these for the clean ingredients, and love that they are fried in avocado oil! They’re thicker than lays/ruffles, so if you enjoy thicker chips, these are for you! 
My 2 cents- I thought they were kinda greasy, and weren’t salted enough. They tasted more like potato than chip. I had to salt them myself.

Fine

We really love these potato chips. The avocado oil gives them a buttery taste. We have purchased a total of six bags, and one of them was stale. We didn’t notice an opening at the time or a puncture in the bag, but the cell by date Was still six months from our date of purchase. Anyway, we were told by Boulder Canyon to contact Sam’s for an exchange. By the time they got back to us, we had already thrown the bag away.

Delicious when not stale.

Overly greasy and overly salted. 
The ruffled version does not work well.
And they were overly cooked. I don't like dark or burnt chips that much and both bags were that way.

Manufacterer should rethink the recipe.
