This is by far my favorite protein pasta. There’s no grittiness to it or funky texture, it tastes great warm or cold, and my kids love it. I love that it only has two ingedients and is a good source of both fiber and protein.

I love this stuff

I’m writing this as someone who is a very picky eater, who has thrown away boxes of other protein, chickpea, black bean, etc type of pastas. I can’t even stand the taste of the tri-colored pastas. 

This hands down is the best protein-rich based pasta I have ever tried. I’m literally writing this as I eat it because I’m that shocked.

It has a little bit more of a bite to it than regular pasta, but no odd aftertaste. For the price, 100% worth it.

Pleasantly surprised by how much my family enjoyed this pasta. They have been looking for ways to increase their protein intake, and this was a nice addition.

Super good if you are trying to hit your protein goals and having a hard time! And this pasta is actually really tasty!! I used this in a ceaser salad pasta salad and it was super yum!

Perfect to hit your protein goals!

Bought these and made them yesterday with some creamy garlic Parmesan sauce and it was perfect.Taste and texture were spot on!  I felt so much better knowing I was getting my needed protein and not just carb loading :)

I know I should not be writing a review without trying first, but I cannot say nothing yet. I must confess I'm Italian and I may be partial to "made in Italy", but I know great quality products when I see them and the reviews are great as well. Highly Recommended and not because of where it's from, but because the quality of the product and maybe 🤔🤨 a little because it's from Italy, can't lie

Unlike Banza pasta this taste just like regular pasta and has to same texture as regular pasta! My family eats it once a week and the toddlers approve! I just wish it came in at least a 16oz box.

No funny taste or texture

Worked well in a pasta salad.  I noted some reviews stating if overcooked they could become a bit crumbly. I followed the cooking directions and the tase was good - but the texture will take a bit getting used too.  The texture is very "al dente"-ish. It may be less notable in a hot pasta dish with a heavier dressing/sauce than a cold pasta salad.  I will continue to experiment with this as I like the extra protein.  Of course, the cost is a bit higher than regular wheat only pasta, but this brand was less expensive per ounce than a similar more familiar brand.

Not bad

Wanted to try a past that wasn’t so heavy on the carbs without the benefit of some added protein. Taste is pretty good but the texture is lacking. It really depends on what you are using your pasta in. I found it was not objectionable with spaghetti sauce but did not care for it in a casserole type situation because it breaks down more quickly. If you are adding a sauce just before eating it is a great option.

If high protein is more important to you than the texture, then perhaps you would really like this product 

For me, the problem is the texture: very grainy. My hunch is that could be adjusted in the manufacturing product, but I totally understand that doing something like that could  likely be cost prohibitive.

If texture isn’t a barrier for you or even if you like a grainy texture, then this product would be a great choice for you to up your plant based protein in a healthy diet.

For me, too grainy. But others may like that.

This pasta made me so sick (vomiting) two different times. The first time I passed it off a stomach bug but this is the second time I have gotten sick about 2 hours eating the pasta.
