I hadn't used breathing strips for a very long time, but got a box when I came down with a bad cold.  It was amazing how much they helped me breathe during the night!  Definitely found this item to be very useful while I dealt with a sinus cold.

Great for helping breathe dealing with a cold

Only thing that got me through pregnancy with swollen sinuses. Will buy these again and again. Worth every penny.

You need these

My ENT suggested using this while waiting for possible surgery. I think I will just continue using these strips. They work extremely well.

These work great. I sleep so much better when I use them and Sam's has great deals all the time, so I'm happy to grab these when they're discounted.

Work as good as the standard strips

I’ve been using Breathe Right strips for years to help me breathe at night. Since they quit putting the metal splines in and replaced them with plastic, the efficacy of them has suffered. These do help me breathe but I wish the adhesive was stronger.

Could be better

I can't imagine how poorly the normal strength ones are based on how poorly these stay on through the night.  I follow the instructions and clean my face before applying.  I admit it is a little difficulty placing it in the right spot though.  There are sometimes gaps at the inner curve of my nostrils that likely aide to the lack of adhesion.

   They do feel like they work.  I just wish they held on better. The adhesive doesn't  wash off easily and the brief instructions don't suggest a good way to remove it, other than using warm water.

  After a few days of use I noticed it was making my nose dry and itchy where they are placed. Not sure if it due to build up of dry adhesive residue, or just being placed nightly in the same spot.

  Overall the price it good, considering what other stores sell them for. You get a lot for your money.  They work well when they stay on.

Don't stay on.

The breath right strips seem a little small for much relief . I just purchased recently thinking they were big enough. They give some relief to my airway . I use a sleeping machine at night hoping these will do the trick. In the past I have bought a large size. The value on them seems do do well .

Do not work as well as the tan version, the adhesive isn't as strong and they tend to come undone during the night

Could be stickier

These are not the real breathe rite strips.  Small, skinny, no print on paper that strip t is in.
