Outstanding Garbanzo Beans. I take garbanzo beans very seriously. I use them on salads and in all kinds of soup for added protein and fiber. These are wonderful.  I salt them in a bowl as a very nutritious snack. You can always depend on Bushs for  freshness and a great deal by the case at Sams

Bush’s Garbanzo Beans

Soft but firm beans. Good taste. Very happy with quality of this product. However, quality of shipping canned goods is not. 4 of the 6 cans were badly dented. Sams did replace them with another 6 can pack of beans, but they also were damaged. Since the damaged cans were in the middle of the pack the problem may be in their warehouse or factory rather than FedEx

Good quality

Garbanzos chickpeas are the source of a good hummus, and I am a huge fan. These Garbanzos are also good for roasting after being tossed with a few seasonings and olive oil. I also enjoy tossing these in my pots of soup as well for a good source of protein. This brand is reliable and delicious. I eat a lot of chickpeas, so this 6-pack is good for the wallet.

I am trying to add more beans into my diet. Chick peas are as easy as it gets there's so many meal ideas to use them with. I chose to get bushs because it's a brand I trust.

This is an outstanding product.  However, I ordered 4 boxes and over half of them were dented so bad that I returned two boxes worth and kept the less dented.  The box that they were shipped in was perfect, but the individual boxes (6 cans to a box) were in very bad shape.

Excellent Product -- Very POOR condition of cans

I love these beans and this brand but all my cans are dented in all my cases. 
They sell dented cans I believe like this but don’t put it in the description. So far it has not been an issue with the product itself.

Are all your cans dented too?

I ordered these to be delivered and the cans were all dented.  My daughter saw the delivery person just throw the box when being delivered.  This is not the first time ordering can goods from Sam’s Club that they arrive dented.

Damaged Cans

This item was shipped to my house. The cans were loose in the packing box due to the box they are sold in coming apart. All of the cans were dented. I had to throw the damaged cans. When purchased at our Sam's store (that is when they have them in stock) this brand of beans is tasty.

When I received them, the box had been opened and every can was very dented.
The other type beans in the same order, were in a sealed box and not dented.

Beware! When ordering for shipment!

I truly believe somewhere Sam’s has a warehouse stocked with damaged goods, especially canned goods, simply so they can pawn them off onto the customers.  Don’t fall for it.  I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and I will remain a loyal customer.  However, I’ve learned after talking with others and reading countless reviews your odds of receiving damaged goods via shipment are very high.

Don’t ship canned foods from Sam’s.
