Cambro’s EPP line of insulated transporters are ideal for caterers looking for a lightweight transporter that offers temperature retention to protect food safety and excellent durability to withstand heavy commercial use.&nbsp; Designed from ultra lightweight expanded polypropylene, this EPP400 insulated carrier withstands temperatures of -40°F to 190°F (-40°C to 88°C). It offers 4+ hours of safe hot or cold food holding, and fits GN 1/1, GN 1/2 and GN 1/3 commercial pans.&nbsp; Cambro's EPP boxes are also resistant to most oil, grease, and chemicals, and have a built-in label to keep plastic menu tags in place. Door opens to allow 270° access for fast and safe service. EPP front loader boxes also feature durable latches to keep box securely closed during transport. This was a pleasant surprise! Light enough even with pans inside to move/ lift. Keeps food at temp needed for transport.

Light and easy and temp kept right !

I use these in my catering business. They are designed to carry hot and cold food in full and half size hotel pans. They are set up so that the pan slide right in the slots. You can get flat ice packs to slide in to use as a cooler. This item keeps your food hot for approximately 4 to 5 hours within a few degrees of your starting temperature and cold with the insertable ice packs for 4 to 5 hours and longer. They are stackable and coming different sizes. You can also purchase a cart to put them on to wheel them around. These boxes are indispensable in any catering business!! Very highly recommended.
