Good quality beef and not a lot of fat. Tender and delicious beef. I added a small amount of steak seasoning and we all loved it. A great buy and saves a lot of money compared to ordering out. Will buy again!

The fresh shaved beef makesi toerfect to make fajitas and Philly cheesesteaks. It freezes well so that you can have some now and later. It will become a regular purchase fir my household.

This is great to make sandwiches with.  I pair with sauteed onions and melted provolone cheese.  My son and his friends love it!  You can also season and use it for steak tacos.  A little lime and corn tortillas makes a fast dinner.

This product was excellent. We made Philly cheese steak sandwiches. Good price for the amount you get. Meat was tender. Please keep this at our local Tallahassee Sam’s location.
