I have been using this soap for about 15 years. It smells great and doesn’t dry my skin. I like the other dove beauty bars as well but this one smells the best in my opinion. I don’t really use it for exfoliating so I can’t speak to its exfoliating properties.

Love this soap some of my family members have really sensitive skin, so we all use this. And I gotta say they have been a lot better since they started using this. And for me it doesn't cause any problems at all. Smells nice and fresh, and skin feels smooth afterwards

All of my bathrooms come equipped with packs of this product, you really can't go wrong with Dove. Super gentle on the skin, doesn't have stron fragrance, I love it. This one particularly is gently exfoliating so I like to finish off with the gentle cleanser on the body after using this. The picture clearly shows little blue grains of an exfoliating product, the actual soap doesn't show or have  grains of anything. The soap is nice and it lathers up well, but as far as an exfoliant, epic fail. Come on Dove, you can do better. 
I've been using Dove products for decades, this is the first one that I was not happy with.
