El Viajero Oaxaca Ball Cheese 3 lbs.

<p>This stretched curd cheese is the Hispanic version of string cheese, as it’s kneaded, it’s then wound into balls. Oaxaca cheese balls can be peeled and unwound as a snack. Its mild flavor and white color makes it delicious for cooking and for melting in quesadillas. Pull it apart into thin strings before filling tortillas or melting it into dishes.</p>

For Quesadillas

Good cheese, but it's not as advertised. We were expecting the type of string cheese that is wrapped into a ball but this is a block of cheese pretty similar to mozzarella.

Not really ball cheese

This cheese has a great flavor! We combined it with some Italian cheeses to make Cheso Flameado (melted cheese with sausage or veggies). It was superb! It is also gear for making outdoor pizzas, we’ve used it for years.

Awesome for several applications!!

This 3 pound brick of cheese is just perfect for a small family. The texture is perfect for Oaxaca cheese. It strings nicely it melts great, moisture is perfect and it taste delicious. Owning a vacuum sealer helps it last longer.

Excellent Oaxaca cheese

Great cheese. Perfect for Birria. Comes out way less than store bought

Great deal. Buttery Birria goodness

Is not like strings cheese, more like mozzarella, the consistency looks and tastes pretty similar to mozzarella also.

Not Oaxaca cheese at all

Great taste!

Good

The texture is similar to the oaxacan cheese the only things is that is not very manageable to shred and i feel like it needs a little more flavor (salt) but it works fine if you get to make quesadillas with meat/chorizo

Good deal

100% recomendado.perfecto para unas quesadillas con bistec ,una salsita y queda delicioso por que su sabor no es salado, incluso sin la carne asi solito el queso es riquísimo.

Deliciosas quesadillas

Love the meaty, gooey, pure cheese flavors!
