Cake was delicious.  Cake decorations were sloppy

If I didn't have a 3 year old that was expecting this cake I would have went elsewhere. The top layer was the worst tasting chocolate cake we've ever had. The icing was sickly sweet and gritty. They whole cake was lopsided also. If I had time I would have let them keep it. Never again, I'll go to an actual bakery going forward.

Worst cake ever!

The cake was not well done.  They prepared the cake almost 2 days before pickup and the placard that was supposed to have my granddaughters name and happy birthday was not there when I picked up. They were out of the placard and I guess didn’t feel the need to try to find one at any of the area Sam’s clubs or notify me.  Instead a sticky note told me that they ran out of the placard. Didn’t bother to write Happy Birthday in icing or anything. The cake tiers weren’t put on evenly and the decorations were also crooked.  I had to buy icing and a decoration to put Happy Birthday on it myself. Way too expensive for what I received.  I ordered a cake last year from another Sam’s club in the area and it was better.  Disappointed given the fact I ordered it a month in advance.
