Printer is used almost exclusively to accept jobs from 2 mobile phones and two tablets. Device works well and is quiet. Installation using mobile phone started well but had numerous hurdles. Install process does not complete registration. Manual effort to register was ineffective. App still says install incomplete even though device is working.

Printer works extremely well and is quiet. Installation process awful.

I LIKE THE PRINTING SPEED. THE PRICE WAS PERFECT. JUST LOVED THE EASE OF SETTING IT UP.
MY ONLY "COMPLAINT", FOR LACK OF A BETTER WORD, IS LOADING THE INK CARTRIDGES. I FOUND IT DIFFICULT TO LINE THEM UP AND PRESS THEM IN.

GREAT ECONOMICAL PRINTER & EASY TO SET UP

You are offering three months of free ink but I'm still getting charged for the subscription. I expect one refund or no charge equivalent.
The printing is coming out too slow at times.
I wasn't able to print in 3" x 5" CARDS

Free ink and printing performance

I have had this printer since May. It has been issues every time I try to use it. Doesn't print but says printing. It needs a driver when I don't understand because I uploaded it when I got it no issue. I have had to reinstall it more times that I should have too.

Never again!

I thought that I was getting a printer without the subscription (which is very freaking stupid and guarantee to make your customers hate you). First off, it was a pain in the butt to set up. Second, the subscription is pointless, why do I have to pay you more when I already bought the printer and by the page? Really?! I can't guarantee that ill print just 100 pages every month. Overall, it I could return it, I would but I
foolishly threw the box away.

Regret

This is my 3rd HP printer and it will absolutely be my last. I'm so sick it them charging fro every single little thing, to never stays connected to the network, the ink you have to pay so much for last about a week and then just prints dull colors. NOT WORTH your time, energy or money

NEVER WORKS

The printer resets every hour, on the hour. I have reinstalled, unplugged, hard booted the modem, the computer, and the printer several times. But it still keeps resetting every hour. My old 8710 would reset every other month. Apparently, your products are getting dumber, not smarter.

Reset issues.

When I print its not clear at all. I have went back and forth with the support team via email because no real number exists. I returned one even and exchanged for the same thinking it was that printer. Same kind does the same thing!! I have had others printer for me the same exact sheet from off my phone with their printer.. clear and perfect. So it is definitely no doubt this printer!!
I printed 20 sheets at least and each one is slightly different. Different smudges and different blurry marks in different spots even tho I printed the exact same thing.

Doesn't print clear

It has poor instructions. I connected it to the internet and it worked fine for a few days. Then it went off line and I have not been able to connect it since.

SUCKS

This is my second printer of the "4000" series the first one refused to connect to my computer and I though it was just time to replace it. I bought this one less then 3 months ago and it again WILL NOT connect. I use my computer and printer daily, I am a teacher and need to be able to access things easily. I am so disappointed in this printer. I do not even know what to do with it because it will not work and I have tried all of the trouble shooting ideas. I would not recommend this printer at all.

not a good printer at all
