This upright freezer is a fantastic upgrade from a chest model. The 19 cu. ft. capacity is massive, and the commercial-grade build feels incredibly durable. The organized, shelf-based storage is a game-changer—no more digging through frozen piles! It maintains a consistent, deep freeze and the stainless steel cleans easily. An excellent value for effortless organization.

Pretty spacious and has a lock which is a big plus for me.

Huge upright freezer for business. It has 6 shelves on the inside. Temperature control on the top. It can be locked %26 has an on/off button on the front. The door is stainless steel

Great for business

This is an amazing commercial cruiser in house no door shelves, but the racking that is inside is very roomy and big and you can move them up and down for whatever you need to put inside. I absolutely love them that door handle.

If it's on sale, buy it

This upright freezer is huge. Great for a small home cook that has a side hustle for cooking meals. There are so many shelves. I received product in exchange for my honest review.

Love this commercial grade freezer with its sleek upright design perfect for keeping freezer goods organized.

Really wanted this to work out.  Seems dependable upright freezers are a thing of the past.  We received the freezer and it didn't run at all.  There was power but the temp display just blinked.  After troubleshooting and getting nowhere, I called the number for help in the manual.  That was NO help.  The first words from her mouth were "Just return it to the store you purchased it from".  I said, can't we first go through some troubleshooting steps to see if it's something simple.  She said she'd contact the service department to give me a call.  I missed their call by 5 minutes and returned the call to which they said they would call me back.  They never did.  I contacted Sams for a REPLACEMENT.  Sams is incredibly good in this way.  The replacement was delivered and it worked.  Cooled down FAST.  After letting it run overnight to be certain we loaded food from old freezer.  The temperature slowly crept up from -7F to above 0F.  Once it got above 0F I knew it was a problem because the High point for the temp setting is 0F (-13F to 0F).  Over the next 24H it reached 23F and realized there was no end in sight.  BACK into the old freezer the food went!!!  WHAT A HASSLE.  Called Sams for a REFUND this time.  Again....Sams is STELLAR.  Hamilton Beach should stick to toasters and blenders I think.
