I will buy again. Made the switch to Kleenex after years of Members Mark brand. What a difference! MM changed the ply on tissue and it was awful. If they didn’t change the ply something definitely change. Thin and rough tissue. Kleenex customer moving forward

Kleenex for the WIN!

I stopped using Kleenex brand years ago because it was always so harsh and shredded if I forgot some in a pocket when washing. This was on sale and thought I'd give it a try. I was very surprised at how much it has improved, and will definitely buy it again.

Improved

Kleenex is hard to mess up. This version is great, and trusted, as advertised. Colorful boxes, smaller tissue count in these boxes, still a great product.

It's Regular Kleenex - Perfect!

The outside wrapper displays a “Clean Shield” emblem and notes the tissues “contain mess 3X better,” which is nothing to sneeze at. Prepare for Sniffle Season

I buy these because the tissues are great.  However, it's time for Kleenex to start producing nice looking boxes.

Excellent Tissues / Ugly Boxes

Bought these because they in a sale flyer.  Some in our family are perfectly fine with these. I'm used to Puffs Plus, which are thicker and only need to use one. So now I buy at Walmart.  Sam's used to carry Puffs Plus in the large rectangular box but haven't for quite some time (hint...hint). But other members of the family will buy these.

Not Puffs with Lotion - but a decent value

Some of the tissues come out of the box as torn and sheets that are too thin. They are very fragile and will come apart. Just rubbing your face or another spot. Poor quality.

Fragile Tissues

Each box has lots of unwanted fluff between tissues. Can’t believe this made it through their quality control! While it’s nice to have soft tissues, I don’t appreciate the flying fluff when I pull a tissue out.

Lots of Extra/Unwanted “Fluff”

I have been a resident of Texas for more than twenty years, but this morning I was alarmed to discover that a curbside pickup order consisting of 45 items had been placed under my name at a Sam's Club location in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This order was made using my Sam's Club account, which I had no knowledge of. 

In response to this troubling situation, I have already initiated a case with Sam's Club to investigate how this breach of my account occurred, considering that the store typically requires an identification check to collect orders. I would appreciate any insights into how this unauthorized order was able to be processed and what specific measures are currently in place to prevent similar incidents in the future. It’s important for me to understand how my account was compromised and how Sam's Club secures their transactions to protect customers like myself.

Monitor your purchase regularly

Kleenex hasn't been the same since before the COVID epidemic.  The quality has gone downhill. I get tired of all the tiny scrap pieces fo tissue in the boxes.
