It sings to me!! It is quiet and thinks for itself. Just a joy of a machine,!! Wish they could do that with other things. My lg fridge is okay, but could be better...it definitely cost more! Just sayin'.

Love love love my LG smart AI washer

I've had my new washer for two weeks now, and so far it has been working great , clothes comes out very clean. I originally wanted the model without the fancy control knob, but it wasn't available, so I ended up getting this one.

My only concern is longevity. With all the added technology and electronics, I wonder how well it will hold up over time. I'm a bit old-school and tend to prefer simpler machines with durable, long-lasting mechanical components rather than a lot of high-tech features.

Overall, though, I'm very happy with it so far.

We've had this now for two years and can say it is the best washer we've ever had. It does an exceptional job with whites. We put detergent in both the regular dispenser as well as the fabric softener side so we can go a long time between refilling it.

Excellent Machines

3 months in and still loving this washer. The biggest thumbs up for AI wash and the no measure auto soap dispenser. Everyone can get it right so the whole family can just do their own laundry.
It makes a hum when it turns but you quickly get used to it and don’t notice it anymore. Great high speed spin and auto balance.

No more soap opera

Washes very well. I would have preferred to have standard slots for Softener and powdered detergent as I don't use Softener or liquid detergent, and the slot that is left for me to use is at the back. I do find there is ALOT of vibration if I do a large heavy load.

Great machine, dispensers unwieldy.

I like all the different settings and the 30 load soap dispenser but it doesnt seem to handle hair that well.  People and animal hair doesnt wash off and the dryer causes so much static that it does come off in there either

A little disappointed

While it does a decent Job of Washing, it isn't the greatest when it comes to Rinsing. It is very Stingy with the Water, with few if any Suds/Bubbles seen during Wash, but plenty of during the Rinses and even after 3 extra Rinses, there are Bubbles and Suds in the Rinse Water. That happens even when the EZDispenser is set for 0.30 ozs. I have switched to using a Teaspoon to measure the Detergent, and even with only 1 Teaspoon of Detergent, there are still lots of Bubbles in the Rinse Water. I had run most of my Clothes, Towels, and other Washables through several Heavy Duty Cycles, with Pre Wash chosen, the EZDispense turned off and Empty, and 3 extra Rinses selected. Tub Clean was run as well prior. LG needs to add more Water, in all cycles to better remove Detergent from the Laundry

Washes okay but poor at rinsing out Detergent

Don't buy! We had at least 6 repairs this year. Also had to use the Laudyromat several. Waterways from the seal, hose and damaged my beautiful floor! Us the warranty is also a nightmare!

Don't not buy/ Horrible warranty

Nothing works. Oh wait, maybe because I don't have the machine? It'd be nice if it was delivered but until then I'd consider this a pile of nothing because it's quite literally an empty space. Support on this has been complete crap, it's probably a good reflection on the product itself. I'd avoid this whole brand as it seems they don't care about their customers.
