I really like the picture and it has a great sound. No need for a sound barrier. Would have liked to have a manual so I didn’t need to use the internet. When asking for help from LG for assistance I was more than surprised that I had to pay for it and therefore I used Google AI and everything was well explained.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We already had a Freely box (Manhattan Aero 4k) and Sonos Beam 2 setup. I was looking for something that would give an excellent quality picture and sound. We no longer have a tv aerial (reception here is poor, especially in the summer) and so I cannot comment on broadcast live tv.

I have to admit that I had not realised how much bigger this screen would be (we had a 40" Panasonic before) and I have come in for some stick from my wife who has always said that she did not want the tv to dominate our living room. However, we have both quickly got used to the new size and it does mean that we can watch from further away in the room as well as close up.

There are a lot of settings to try out and it has taken a while to find what we like best, but that is to be expected. I am very pleased with the depth of colour and contrast that the OLED screen provides. UHD on BBC iPlayer for looks superb. Dolby Vision and Atmos is equally good from Amazon Prime. Playing Mario Kart with the grandchildren works better with a four-way split on the bigger screen.

I bought direct from the LG website at the lowest price I have seen. It arrived promptly and was easy to unpack and connect up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic ! After reviewing so many televisions I opted to stick with my go to brand, so glad I did, superb screen and os , it's familiar but new . Such a user  friendly experience from opening the box to turning it on ,my only criticism is that lg should state exact heights on each size tv for the wall mounting brackets ,makes it easier to put the mount on the wall,especially on a media wall . Very happy with my purchase ,now just need to play with settings and get the soundbar sorted

Superb telly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a failed TV from another make it was so easy coming back to LG.  As a previous LG owner it was all very familiar and easy to use. The OLED picture is fantastic.  Only two minor gripes but even those might be down to my learning curve.  I keep losing channels after a few days however forums seem to think poor reception is a possible cause.  I'll work on that and see what happens.  I also can't find the UKTV App "U" which seems weird so if anyone has an answer please let me know.

Great TV, still learning about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mediocre for the price. Pictures OK, Sounds OK. Does not support FreelyTV - but that is partly the fault of the way Freely is implemented.

Live channel information and program guide is very flaky and unreliable. At least 50% of the time, the TV can not tell you what programme is currently playing or what/when the next program will be. This is frustrating, but the real kicker is that you can not change channel when the information is not available - the TV can not 'remember' what the channel map is, so if you try to go to a channel and there is no 'current' information, then the TV refuses to change channel. This is infuriating. You have to resort to scrolling through a hundred channels to reach the one you are interested in - and then if you don't want to watch it - you have to scroll all the way back again.

I guess TVs are aiming themselves at streaming services and don't care about live broadcast channels any more. If you shut this TV off while watching a live channel, then turn it back on, it reverts to the digital streaming home page, rather than opening the channel you were previously watching.

Overall - the TV is fine - but it has been a very underwhelming experience, and I wish I had saved some money.

SOUND VOLUMN IS MUCH LOWER ON CHANNELS 24 & 26. THE CABLE PROVIDER ADVISES NOT A CABLE PROBLEM. I RECENTLY SENT A REQUEST TO LG FOR COMMENT. AND A FIX....I WAIT FOR THEIR REPLY

ALMOST VERY HAPPY

Picture quality great. Sound is awful, it's either too tinny or adjust the settings and it sounds like a box has been stuck over the TV.
The hub constantly goes offline and the LG assistant is useless.
Had to factory reset the TV a few times to get apos to show/ work properly.
Having to buy extra kit as it constantly buffers whilst streaming on my 910mb fibre connection.
I've had LG TVs for 20+ years and this has been the most expensive and most disappointing TV I've had in that time.
