Not only does this Mega capacity dryer cast an imposing presence in our laundry room, but it also handles every load smoothly with quiet efficiency! Highly recommended if you have the space.

We are very impressed!

lg.com/ca

Quiet, effective in washing, a lot of functions and easy to handle.

Highly recommeded

Love the size and quality of this washer, great for king size bedding

Size is fantastic

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this washer & dryer!!! I have a second home that I have had this washer & dryer in for 11 years and it is still going strong. I was waiting for my old washer & dryer to die in this house, so I could replace them with the same LG washer & dryer. The size is perfect...fits any large bedding you have and can handle multiple bathrooms of towels at the same time. Dries well, runs quiet and is the most reliable washer & dryer I have EVER had. I have recommended this washer & dryer to many friends and family and ALL are very happy with the purchase.

Best Dryer EVER!!!

lg.com

Machine is awesome, love the quick wash, and the kicker too. However I really am not sure what the WIFI enabled system is really for, looks like the only thing I can do it run a scan to check for any issues with the washer and dryer, well if there was any issues I think I would know when I go to pull my clothes out. I would really like to be notified when the cycle is done or be able to freshen up my clothes in the dryer

capacity is great

We've had this ThinQ 9 cu ft dryer for 3 weeks , it is stacked on and synced with an LG 5.2 ThinQ Washer . The Dryer is quite for its size and with all the room inside it dry's very well as the clothes have air space instead of being over stuffed from a large load . Lots of drying choices plus Extra options when you sync your phone with the ThinQ app and it sends notifications when its done plus you can see how much time is left on the app. It also has a very good light inside and pleasant tone when it is done.

Wife wanted a Big Dryer

Only reason for a 4 star rating is because of the on/off button is very sensitive! I am short, do not have the pedestal for this machine so if I'm wiping the counter above it or reaching for something and accidentally touch it with my belly, it'll turn the machine on! Just an annoyance is all! Other than that, it's a great dryer and large enough for our king size comforter!!

Great Machine!

The dryer works amazingly well. The only thing we've found so far that's an issue is that if there's one item inside the dryer that's still a little damp, it'll continue to increase the drying time of the entire load which causes us to think our clothes may start shrinking.

Definitley a game changer for us!

I'm very disappointed with the quality of my LG dryer, especially the lint filter and screen. Within just a couple of years of normal use, the lint filter became damaged and the screen started tearing and warping. This is unacceptable for a major appliance.

Because of this defect, lint is no longer properly trapped, and it has started affecting my laundry. Several of my clothes have been damaged—some fabrics have snagged, worn out faster, or even developed small tears. This has been extremely frustrating and costly.

I've taken proper care of the dryer, including cleaning the lint filter after every load, so this is clearly a durability issue and not misuse. A component as critical as the lint filter should last much longer and should not put clothing at risk.

I expected better quality and reliability from LG. I strongly recommend improving the durability of the lint filter design and addressing this issue for customers who have experienced similar problems.

Several of my clothes have been damaged

Rita

I purchased a washer and dryer at the end of May, never took possession of the machines and have tried ever since to get them redelivered. With not a bit of satisfaction. I have called, written the President, and called and written again and again. Apparently, you do not even know I do not have any machines. You do not deserve any stars.

Are you kidding?????!!!!!
