Freshness

Fresh and Good varieties. Really liked the kettle BBQ and I normally don’t care for BBQ chips. My husband liked the kettle jalapeño chips (too hot for me tho) and everyone liked the sour cream/onion & cheddar cheese. Least favorite was the Queso flavor. Will mostly likely purchase again.

Frito-lay crunch mix Variety

No complaints. All flavors were as expected other than the queso which I'd never had. And that one tastes good, with a little more "oomph" to the flavor than the cheddar and sour cream. I like the small bags to help with portion control and great price per pag.

Good variety. Queso flavor a nice surprise.

This is a great buy. I love chips and I love the assortment in this deal. I also love the size of the bags. This is perfection for my house!!

Love everything about this deal!!!!

Great assortment of flavors. Husband & kid love chips. This helps with portion control & not having large bags going stale.

Greaty variety

The best chip combination I have ever purchased. Most other combinations include Cheetos and corn chips, which I do not particularly like.

Best chip combination

I figured with 50 bags in 5 flavors we’d get 10 of each flavor. Nope! It was 14 Jalapeño, 6 BBQ, 14 Sour Cream and Onion, 6 Sour Cream and Cheddar, and 10 Queso. The chips themselves are good, but 10 of each would have been better.

Not an Equal Mix

Bought the big box for the pantry instead of picking up single bags every week, and for what it is the mix is decent if you like the kettle cooked stuff. The Ruffles cheddar and sour cream go first in this house, the queso after that, and the jalapeno kettle chips have a real bite to them, be ready for that when you hand one to somebody who says they like spicy. My honest note before you click buy: the box says 50 bags but a real chunk of them are the little 0.85oz snack sizes, so the average bag is smaller then the grocery-store single and you should not measure value per bag. You still come out way ahead on cost per ounce versus the convenience store, and because every bag is individually sealed and portioned, nobody eats half a whole bag and shoves it back in the pantry to go stale. If the goal is a stocked snack drawer for a family that actually eats chips, it does the job, just know going in that the count is not the same as ounces.

Good mix, just watch the snack-size counting

If you are a stickler for numbers, then you might want to check to make sure you receive the full amount of bags promised. Out of 3 times purchasing a 50-ct variety Frito-Lay pack, this is the 2nd time it came with less! The first time I bought another variety pack, only 46 bags were in the box. The second time I bought a variety pack, all 50 were in there. This third time I have bought, I only received 45 bags. The chips themselves taste great and not worth it to me to complain about a few missing bags, but I wonder if the company hopes you don't check to make sure you get all that you were promised.

Frito Lay Variety Packs

I wasn't expecting the way these chips were packed in a cardboard box without Lays label. When I checked the bag of chips, about 10 or so of them are not puffed compared to the others and ONE bag is actually open! Like the air left the bags, I didn't know how and yet about a third of the whole box chip bags are puffed. It's not like something I'd get from Sam's Club. I'm disappointed. I tried to send photos, but getting an error message.

Frito Lays Bulk Purchase

Terrible assortment. Almost half of the 50 were for the Jalapeno chip and they were awful. Since there were 5 varieties there should have been no more than 10 of them but instead there were 20. It is one thing to not eat 10 bags but another thing to have to throw out 20 bags. I will never purchase them again. Unless you love Jalapeno spicy chips do not purchase.

Not a good mix of chips.
