We bought this playset for our son's 4th birthday. It arrived a day early (!) in a giant shipping crate. My husband and I got it assembled in about 8 hours. The hardware was brilliantly packaged and the directions were clear and well-written. We could have probably done it in 5-6 hours with another person.

Not only is this playset STURDY without being anchored into the ground with cement and maintenance free (no sanding/staining), but they have maximized EVERY surface for play! The floor of the upper deck has roads printed into the plastic for toy cars, the wall behind the captain's wheel is a chalkboard with activities pre-printed on it (hangman, tic-tac-toe), and the roof has stars imprinted into the back side.

Well designed, well made, and well engineered for the lay person to assemble. Definitely worth the money to get this playset over a similar playset made of wood for less $$.

Exceeded every expectation!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this swing set in early June, and my boys (3 and 5) absolutely love it! They especially love the “secret swing” underneath and how high they can swing on the regular swings.

Unfortunately, our city was hit by an EF3 tornado just a month later, and wow—this swing set is a beast! Several large pine trees fell directly onto it, crushing it, yet it was still standing afterward. It remained sturdy and safe enough for the boys to play on until the replacement arrived, which we finished building today.

We couldn't be more impressed with the quality and durability of this swing set. It truly held up incredibly well under extreme conditions!

Survived a Tornado!

After a lot of research between different products, this one is the best for the money! it arrived several days before it was promised which is a plus but beware all the boxes comes in one big crate. the assembly was easy however it would of been a little nicer if all the parts were tagged with an identification, that slowed assembly down a bit but other wise not difficult at all. Very well constructed and alignment was right on. Grandkids love it and play non stop.... far best Christmas gift we ever bought them.

Playset

I love this swingset and so do my grandchildren. It is strong enough for adults to swing on. Cool!

I love it!

love this swingset! heavy duty. assembly wasnt horrible!

great product

Took us all day to put it together, but we love it! This was for a small church and the kids are loving it!! We are on the Oregon coast and could not use wood because we get almost 100 inches of rain each year and the wood would rot, so this playset is great!

Great playset!!

We bought this set for our grand children and they spend their entire days using it as swing, slide, make up boat, make up airplane, house and you name it. the set can be used at any age, from toddler to teens and older.
We like the accessories like the small picnic table is also used ++.
In addition, the company has been super helpful when we needed a part after several years and they provided free of charge!!
Highly recommended. A+++

Great Set!

We bought this playground for our soon to be 3 year old. He loves it and can climb up it well. Our only complaint is although the directions were fantastic- the hardware was labeled well but not the pieces. It was hard to determine what pole went where. Other than that we will recommend this to our friends!

Great Playground All Around

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This swing set was bought for my son's 1st birthday 18 years ago. It's rusting but still standing. My younger kids and nephews now use it. I may need to replace all the rusting pieces but we're still happy with this purchase. This is something we're trying to keep as long as possible. We have so many beautiful memories with this swing set.

18 years

Playset is good quality and will last for years. Instructions are good with pieces identified but the actual parts are not labeled. I had to disassemble several parts and reinstall because a part was not installed in the correct direction or location.

Difficult assembly because of part not labeled

If you are considering this company for ANYTHING PLEASE LOOK ELSHWHERE AS THEY DONT GIVE A DARN AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! I have been hung up on 4 out of 7 calls I made to them and the missing parts are a whole other story. We forgot to mail them is one excuse I have heard and OH WE ARE SO SORRY voiced after receiving only one of the required parts that didnt get shipped on time. All of this and my set still sets where I started to build it THREE WEEKS AGO BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE ANS SERVICE!!!!!!
