We've ordered Lifetime padded chairs from Walmart, but in a different colorway (black). Those have not been available to reorder for a few YEARS, so we decided to order these Lifetime chairs in gray. Same comfortable and sturdy chairs, but we don't like the colors as well as the black chairs we'd previously ordered. The chairs themselves are comfortable, easy to move around, store, etc.

Got these for Christmas Eve dinner and wanted some padded seats to add to the other Lifetime chairs we own. Some of the older folk joining us had a more comfortable seat to sit on. 


Amazing chairs - same great quality and performance as other chairs from Lifetime. 

They came quickly and were packed well (in plastic bags) inside a box. 

We are sure to enjoy these for years to come.

Excellent quality & comfortable seat

We are so happy with this set of (4) LifeTime folding chairs. They are commercial grade quality, good looking, extremely comfortable, larger than other folding chairs, easily carried, stack very compact, warranted for 5 years, and were super low priced at 147.57 for the gray model 480436 (compared to 209.15 for the black model 480621).  
Note: both colors sell for 230 on LifeTime.

A Serious Bargain

Lifetime products are very well made. They last a very long time. If the product breaks, call the warranty department and see it they are able to replace the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was thrilled to see these chairs in person when they arrived. They are very well-made, sturdy, and nice looking. But the best feature of all in my opinion is the comfort. These are built very ergonomically. I didn't do enough research to know what the padding is made from, but it's very dense - not like some chairs where you feel the hard bottom of the chair through the padding. 

The chair seat is nice and wide - comfortable for people of all sizes. I set these chairs up next to one of my other folding chairs from another leading brand (mitylite), and noticed right away that the seat is significantly wider and you can tell by looking that the lifetime chair will be more comfortable (see pictures), and it is. The padding on the other chair looks thicker, and does sit slightly taller, but it is not as dense as the lifetime chair and does not provide as much comfort. 

Another feature on this chair that we really like is the handle notch cut out in the back of the chair (see pictures). Both my husband's large hands, my small hands, and my children's (ages 13 and 11) smaller hands can all move the chairs around with ease. They are not too heavy at all, and the handle notch is very sufficient to grip them easily while you still have a full back support with no holes in it from the front (which I also think makes them look nicer). My younger children (ages 9 and 6) aren't tall enough to make use of the handle notch, but they can grab a chair with two hands and move it around easily as well - they are nice and lightweight.

The pads at the bottom of the chair seem very durable which I appreciate as I'm sure these will often be set up in my kitchen. I believe the feet of the chairs will protect my hardwood floors very well. 

It also seems like the chair padding will be very stain resistant. We haven't spilled anything on them yet, and I didn't have the heart to do it on purpose. However, being a mom of 4 who has tried to get many stains out of many different fabrics, I believe this is a well built fabric that will resist stains and clean easily by the feel of it. I'll update my review if I find anything different as we use them.

Overall we are completely happy with these folding chairs - definitely recommend them.

Super Comfortable Chairs

So comfortable.  No one complains about sitting in these chairs they are comfortable and support an adult and ide frame very well.

These chairs are great.  Very comfortable and wide for your friends who may need a wider chair.  They may cost a little more but there worth it.

These chairs are comfortable, however, they are not easy to keep clean and everything shows up on the padded seats.

The seat was wonderfully comfortable, but the back rest hits the upper part of the back and not the lumbar where it is needed. Was not comfortable for me.
