Ease Of Use

High-heat Cooking

I found this oil at Sam’s. I had purchased some catfish fillets and wasn’t sure what kind of oil I needed. Heated the oil in a propane fryer to 350 degrees and lowered fish into oil. Cooked until fish floated in oil. Let drain on rack. Tasted great with no excessive oil on fish.

Frying Fish

The oil was used to fry chicken wings and French fries at a community Easter event. The temperature was constant without smoke or burning the food. Everyone that had the food was very pleased with the taste and appearance of the food. Very good quality.

Cooking oil for chicken wings

I have used this oil in my deep fryer on many occasions to deep fry fish. This time we used it to do our Thanksgiving turkey. It worked great. Our only problem was the 21lb bird was a little too big for our fryer. The bird turned out tasty and moist.

Thanksgiving turkey in the deep fryer

Love this product, have used it for many years. Now they don’t carry it along with a lot of items I need for my café. Seems like sams no longer wants to deal with small businesses. They have quit selling almost everything I purchased from them.

Disappointment

This oil is LEGIT! I fried 20lbs of wings and then another 25lbs of fish. The oil cooked clean through all of that! I still have 3/4 of unused oil to use! GREAT BUY

Bang for the BUCK

This oil doesn't break down like many do. We use it every year for a fish fry for over 100 people it is well worth buying

Great for deep fryers

As with everything price is up but it works. They had liquid shortening cheaper but not as cheap now.

it works

Work works pretty good just would like to have a higher cooking temperature

Frying

We used this oil to fry our turkey at Thanksgiving as one of our children is allergic to peanuts. No problems and the turkey tasted great.

As Expected

A short life oil. And price went up from under $20 this time last year to $43 today. There are higher quality oil for that same price.

Pricey. Short life
