Very comfortable chair that is deep enough that it is relaxing, but not too deep that it is difficult to sit in and get out of easily. The cushions are firm enough that they will stand the test of time, but so soft they feel like they could be down-filled.

This classic arm chair is very pretty. The fabric is soft and has the appearance of linen. The chair is really comfortable. The price is perfect for this chair.

This is a super comfortable chair! I love how you can sink in but feel supported. The color is clean and modern but the fabric makes it cozy. The price is great for this quality chair.

I like the classic rolled arms of this chair. The fabric provides a clean look that would be a perfect addition to your living room. It's also very comfortable!

This is such a lovely cream colored chair!! It is spacious, comfortable, and firm!! I can't believe that it is under $500!! I would definitely love to have it!!

This is a very nice arm chair in a beautiful color. It is very comfortable and durable. It blends in with any decor. It has a large cushion and can accommodate a larger adult.

Very comfortable cushions. I love the transitional style, but still fitting with modern designs. Full skirt as a clean polish look. Very comfortable and upholstery looks like I would hold up well.

I really like that the chair is wide allowing for maximum comfort. I like that it has a classic look and has a skirt at the bottom. I like the linen look fabric and the color of it.

This chair offers a timeless look with a neutral color that can easily fit into almost any decor. It feels nicely sized and roomy, making it comfortable for everyday lounging. The construction seems solid and well made, giving it a durable, dependable feel. Overall, it's a simple, classic piece that balances comfort and versatility.

I'm unsure how I feel about this chair. I think it depends on how you're using it. It's very wide, so if you plan on curling up or putting you feet/legs in the seat, it's great. If you're just sitting like normal, it's too long. I can't reach the back cushion unless I keep my knees straight, which isn't very comfortable. Note I have long legs, so I don't know how a shorter person would be able to sit in this, unless they're bringing their legs up. The fabric is durable and the cushions are comfortable.

My Member's Mark Brinkley Linen Rolled Arm Skirted Sofa arrived late, with a damaged box literally tossed in my driveway. After hauling it inside, I discovered a massive break across the lower back support board.
Getting help from Sam's Club was exhausting. I waited an hour online for a live person only to be disconnected. Two chat attempts also ended in disconnections, and a promised callback never came. After a week of trying, I finally reached someone who could help.
It took a full month to get the sofa picked up. Then I was told to wait another 5–7 days for my refund. Today, day eight, I contacted them again and was told, “Good news, we show you were refunded on the 28th!” That's today. When I explained that the money still hadn't reached my account, they told me to call my bank—and disconnected me before I could ask another question.
Throughout this process, I have been patient and respectful. I haven't yelled, insulted anyone, or lost my temper. Yet this is the customer service I've received.
I have no sofa, have spent weeks chasing a resolution, and am still missing more than $1,000. Extremely disappointing from Sam's Club.

Arrived broken. A month to return it. Still waitin
