I put the goat cheese in my french baked eggs. Really creamy, really great flavor. Love the size!

Great Goat Cheese

Perfect for making base Alfredo, which is heavy cream, real butter, and Chèvre unlike Parmesan, this melts smoothly and I grate Parmesan for individual topping. I have used it in egg dishes and some baked casseroles. I find it absorbs spices well. I personally use goat milk butter also and A2 heavy cream or A2 half and half for the sensitive tummy’s for my Alfredo sauce, Cajun spice or Italian depending on your taste buds.

Chèvre goat cheese log

Nice and creamy...used in lasagna for family dinner and the second log for a cheese log for New Year's Eve.  I rolled it in chopped dried apricots, chopped craisins, slivered almonds and a bit of cinnamon.

Could easily be substituted into many recipes that call for cream cheese, for those with cow milk issues

Chevre Goat Cheese

Great tasting goat cheese !!  There is a lot of cheese in this package so I put it into the freezer just to get it slightly firm.  I then cut into slices and put them into a foodsaver bag.   This enables me to get out just the amount that I need.  This prevents the delicious cheese from spoiling before I need it.  I am the only one in my family that eats it.   It is DELICIOUS, especially in scrambled eggs.

Love this cheese!  I've been buying it for a year now.  Creamy and delicious!  If you're lactose intolerant, this is the cheese for you.  Great on salads!

Goat cheese is a staple in our house and Sam's has it at a great price.

Great taste and value

I have bought this in the past and been very happy with it.  However, not so this last purchase.  The taste was "off" and after eating it the next day I was sick.  At first I thought it was because I ate too much at one sitting, but when it happened again, I decided that wasn't the case.  I ended up throwing it away.  Maybe it was past its expiration date.
