Great quality in a quantity that we normally buy to make things like quesadillas, burritos and for cheese dogs and chili toppings. This price is almost half of what Safeway charges for the same bulk, discounted quantity!

The twin packaging is a plus for space and storage compared to others who may offer more pounds for approximately the same value but it is in one big huge cumbersome bag.

We've tried shredded Colbyjack cheese from about every brand from every store.  This one is the best so far.  Great flavor at a good price.  Couldn't ask for much more.

We don't always buy the grated cheese because we like to greet our own from a cheese block, but this is great to have on hand for the kids to use for quick meals or quesadillas in the morning. Good taste and melt easy inside tortillas.
