It is rare to find frozen food that do not have wheatat Sam's.  This is not overseasoned with salt.  If I cook it as directed it comes out dry.
I bake it 25' lower same smount of time snd it is perfect.

Finally NO WHEAT

I cooked these in the air fryer as suggested on the bag and they turned out great! Crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside. Only 12 minutes to cook. I will definitely buy these again.

These tilapia fillers are very delicious and easy to prepare.  They are nice to keep on the freezer for a quick and easy meal our entire family loves.

These are so tasty and get so crispy. They heat up in the air fryer pretty quickly and are our favorite thing to buy right now. They are reasonably priced also!

I was looking for something to eat on Fridays during lent as a person who does not like seafood and found this Parmesan Encrusted Tilapia! It was very good and had it with some white rice and mix veggies.

Quick & Delicious Tilapia

My family really likes the parmesan crusted tilapia.  For a while it had disappeared from your stores and everyone was disappointed, but now it's back and tastes delicious.

Great for a quick meal. Easily air fry in under 15 minutes. Moist tilapia on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Not too much breading. Great when paired with the Member's Mark Tzatziki Dip. It was one of their combo samples and they sold me on both.

I love this purchase. The Parmesan Encrusted Tilapia is great if you love tilapia. This needs to be available all year round. Many times it is missing.

Best Tilapia

Love these tilapia filets! I’m so glad they’re back (hopefully for good). Quick and easy meal - pop in the oven on foil - and add a side.

Will buy over and over

It's not as good as the recipe they used last year. These tasted more like fish sticks. Last year the fillets were bigger and juicer. The coating was crisp. These tasted more like glorified fish stick coated in a thick batter that didn't taste anything like parmesan.
