Instruction Clarity

We’ve had these chairs for about 2 weeks and love them! I was able to get two chairs in our SUV. Got home, started putting them together and was unsure how and where 3 self tapping screws were to be placed. YouTube to the rescue. https://youtu.be/PkSegQ20Qs0
I wish there was a QR code on the box or in the instructions that led customers to this Step 2 video. Yes, the same Step 2 company that makes all the children’s furniture and outdoor play stuff!
We stopped by Lowe’s to get a 50# bag of sand ( just like it says on the outside of the box). Dipped a Solo cup into the bag and filled the container that then fits into the underside of the chair to keep it from floating away. Put them in the pool, and held them down long enough to let the air bubbles be replaced with water, and we were ready to use them. From unboxing them to sitting in them took about 30 minutes total.

Two piece chair thats 75% less than a one piece

We like nice fancy things and I really struggled with whether to splurge on these or the ledge loungers. We 100% would get these. 1) they are step2 but without the branding on them which is much nicer. 2) step2 accessory pack sold at Sam’s work with them. 3. The seam is hidden in the water. Yes, it’s not as perfect as ledge lounger but the look of these is so on point, and at such a great price point. 4) get the plastic marine grade protector so they stay white and dont look terrible after a month. 5) reapply it monthly if in a harsh climate like us. 6) thank me later ;)

Upgrade!

This is a heavy duty chair and appears well-made. My wife loves it. I only have two criticisms: (1) you need a bag of sand to fill one of the components and it does not say this anywhere on the box (so we had to go back out and get a bag of sand) and (2) the instructions, specifically where to put a couple of the screws that do not have screw holes are poor. I had to find the company's YouTube channel to see how these screws went in. Other than those complaints, the chair itself is very nice.

Fantastic pool chair for tanning ledge

I couldn't be happier with my Member's Mark Pool Lounger! From the moment it arrived, setup was a breeze — super easy to assemble with clear instructions, and I had it ready to go in no time.

The lounger is incredibly comfortable. The ergonomic design makes it easy to relax. I especially love using it on our pool's baja shelf – it fits perfectly and stays in place. Whether I'm reading a book, soaking up the sun, or just relaxing, it provides the ideal spot to unwind.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their pool setup. It's well worth the price and adds a touch of luxury to any backyard oasis!

Perfect Summer Addition

So glad found this chair. It is perfect in my sister pool. She loves it!

Nap chair!

Great chairs for the price. Sure, maybe not as nice as the $800 ones, but they are comfortable and look good.

Nice chairs for the price

seem to be well worth the clearance price...

so far so good

Very well built and comfortable. The only option to give 5 stars would be able to fold in half for storage vs disassembly.

Good buy for the usage

Putting it together the plug for the sand part did t fit (it was loose and would fall out). Also the seam where the two big pieces meet is right at the lower back upper butt area and is uncomfortable after some time sitting in it.

Not as good as I hoped

I initially loved having these chairs on Cabo shelf in my pool. However, we live on a windy mountain range, and during a storm they were pushed to the deep end. I did not realize the holes on the bottom side of the chairs were so rough. One of those holes ripped our liner. I wish I had returned last year when it happened as now we have purchased 2 useless chairs and a new pool liner.

Buyer Beware
