These enchiladas were pretty good. I  doctored them up, added a couple of cans of Old El Paso Hot Red Enchilada Sauce. Put 6 of them in my Pyrex 9"x13" glass deep dish lasagna glass pan. Baked uncovered at 300° for 60 minutes. I highly recommend these enchiladas.

Best ever … super cheesy… just phenomenal

Chicken Cheesy Southern Enchiladas

We have purchased pre-made meals from Sam's many times. They are very delicious and easy instructions to follow (just wish they would put the instructions on the top of the container-so I don't have to stand on my head). Great, even after they've been frozen.

Easy to follow instructions

It was late Saturday afternoon and we expected to find rotisserie chickens to take home for a quick dinner but there was none to be found in the club! We stumbled upon these enchiladas and thought we should give them a try. Didn’t realize they took 40+ minutes to cook in the oven but besides that, we were delighted with the ease of preparation. As we ate them, we decided the enchiladas could have used more spices to enhance the flavor, maybe cumin or onion seasoning. Pricing was reasonable and it was big enough to serve 6 adults.

Rotisserie Chicken Enchiladas in a Pinch

I bought these on a recommendation.  After the first time I went back and bought 2 more and froze them.  These Enchiladas are wonderful.  The flavor is spot on, the chicken is abundant and the quality is very good.  The price is also excellent.  One enchilada can feed two people.  It lasted the 2 of us for 3 days. With the cost of groceries rising again this is a good quality meal at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Very Surprising - In a GOOD way!

We love both types of Sam’s made fresh daily enchiladas.  Tip to those that said cheese sticks to the foil.  Either spray your foil with Pam or buy the nonstick foil.  You won’t want to waste any of that delicious cheese.

At first, I was a little disappointed to find out this was made with chicken instead of beef, but that feeling disappeared the moment my wife and I tried it. The flavor was excellent right out of the container. We added a few extras like sour cream and Paul Newman’s Black Bean and Corn Salsa, and it turned out fantastic.

There were three large enchiladas in the package. We split each one, making three satisfying meals for the two of us. We ate every bite and loved it. We will definitely be buying this again soon.

Better Than Expected

I love the ready-to-cook meals from Sam's. These work great for our family of four (with 2 grade-school aged children). This enchilada does the trick: it's tasty, doesn't take long to cook, it's filling, and it feels like a home-cooked meal.
I'd recommend 100%.

Great time saver to feed a family of 4

These enchiladas were tasty however they were salty.  I also found the cheese on top to be a bit excessive.  It tasted like the sauce and cheese were overdone to compensate for the chicken flavor.  It also could have used more chicken.  Overall worth a try but for the price I would not purchase again.

Good but salty!

We have enjoyed these several times in the past… but this last purchase didn’t seem to have the same texture or flavor that we were used to. We will be taking a break from them for awhile, and hopefully when we try them again, they will be as good as we remember.

Not as good as previous purchases.

I bought this premade meal and you've slapped a sticker on it saying to "Please remove from container before re-heating".  The dish has been provided in an entirely plastic container, so the bottom is plastic as well and cannot be baked in the oven.  I purchased this online for pick up and had no idea of the ridiculous change.  I would never purchase a premade meal that needs to be completely removed and put into my own dish prior to heating.  If an oven-safe bottom was not available, this product should not have been sold.
