I always keep a block of one of Sam's cheeses in the fridge.  I prefer to shred my own cheese over buying the shredded stuff; it just melts so much better and doesn't leave a grittiness when using the cheese to make sauces, etc.  The price, flavor and texture are perfect.

Great-tasting Cheese

We always grab this, almost every visit. It's a staple! With so many wanting to move away from the cellulose coated pre-shredded cheese - this is the one I come for every time. Great flavor, melts great, consistent quality, shreds well! We use for everything!

Great cheese!

Member's Mark Sharp Cheddar hits the mark every time. The flavor is bold and tangy the way sharp cheddar should be, not a watered-down version trying to pass as sharp. The block format is far better than pre-shredded because you control the thickness, whether you are slicing for sandwiches, cubing for a snack board, or shredding fresh for cooking. Fresh shredded melts cleaner and tastes better than the bagged stuff with anti-caking agents. The size is ideal for a Sam's Club buy and it keeps well in the fridge when wrapped properly. Excellent quality for the price. This is a permanent item on my Sam's list.

Real Sharp Cheddar That Actually Delivers

This is a great buy, I buy one or two a month and shred it, putting half in the freezer until I need it.

This extra sharp cheese is my favorite for my home made mac & cheese, & it's half the price of Tillamook, which is my usual choice. It's a bargain as far as I'm concerned!

Such a Deal!

Good purchase I shred cheese anytime I need it and I know it does not have anything extra in it for the convenience of being shredded already and cheaper, buying in the block

We use a lot of cheddar cheese in our kitchen. Shredded cheese has additives we don't care to consume plus it doesn't melt as well. The taste is on par with more expensive cheese & is more reasonable.

Delicious cheese

We try to use scan and go but usually end up going through the checkout line because cheese items scan at a higher price than the posted price. Notified the manager a few times, but that takes too long. Quality and value is good, just marked wrong.

Cheese almost always has wrong price posted

All products were fine with the exception of the cheese.   It was horrible.  Very crumbly
 Couldn't cut it without it crumbling into pieces.  Couldn't get a whole slice.
