Strength

Taking these Member’s Mark melatonin pills has significantly improved my sleep by helping me fall asleep faster and stay asleep throughout the night. Before I started using them, I often struggled with restlessness and inconsistent sleep patterns that left me feeling tired and unfocused during the day. Since incorporating melatonin into my nightly routine, I've noticed a more regular sleep schedule and a deeper, more restful sleep overall. I wake up feeling more refreshed and energized, which has had a positive impact on my mood, productivity, and overall well-being. On top of this, the pills are small and easy to swallow. I highly recommend taking these pills if you want to improve your quality of sleep.

Life Changing Sleep

I have been using this Members Mark Melatonin for just over a week and it seems to work really well. I like that it’s a time released tablet. I have had a better nights rest and feel rested in the morning. I have not noticed any drowsiness waking up like I have experienced from other melatonin products.

Help me get a good nights rest!

I take melatonin for restful sleep, these work very good! Small tablets are easy to swallow and gives me a good nights rest! No lingering after effects, I highly recommend these melatonin tablets! I wake up refreshed and not groggy at all!

Works great!

Works very well. The timed release pills help me sleep through the night. Regular melatonin would not seem to work all night like these do. This is my second purchase.

Want a good night's sleep

Wow! This is potent. I don't usually use Melatonin but I thought I would try this so that maybe I could stop dreaming all night long. I took 1 pill at 10:00PM and I slept as normal as I usually do but the next day I was a zombie. So I tried half a pill earlier like 5PM and it hit quickly but I still slept normal the rest of the night. So I tried 1/2 at 10:00PM and I did good, slept a lot better. So, it's really good, but you may need to try different times and different amounts to see what works best for you--definitely try on a weekend if you have a weekly job. But I will continue to take it, it's nice to sleep. See the pictures of the bottle that I have included, it tells you need to know information.

good stuff

My husband started using the Members Mark brand of melatonin supplements because he was having a hard time falling asleep at night and staying asleep. He followed the suggestions of no electronics before bedtime but needed something to jumpstart his efforts. He found that these time-released nightly supplements were a good tool to help reset his sleep rhythm. In addition to the melatonin, these supplements also contain 10 mg of B6 which also helps to produce serotonin and melatonin meaning more of a peaceful night without waking up. After taking these, my husband feels much more rested when he gets up in the morning.

Good tool for a restful night

I have had a sleeping problems for many years. I have tried all over the counter sleep aids. I didn't want to use prescription sleeping pills so I thought I would try melatonin time released tablets. I like them. They work for me. I did feel sluggish for the first two weeks until my body adjusted.

It really helped me

This product did not work for me. I have difficulty falling asleep and the nights I tried this I did not sleep at all. I would not recommend to anyone I did not write a review sooner because I hate to write negative things about any products since it could work well for others

Melatonin

This product has way too many filler ingredients that are not healthy. It did not help me sleep any better. I tend to have trouble falling back to sleep after waking in the middle of the night. This product did not help with that.

Not sure

I'd give this Melatonin a negative score If I could. They do not work at all. I honestly feel like they made my inability to sleep worse than it normally is. I returned them and will never buy them again.

Terrible Melatonin
