This prime trimmed Brisket turned out absolute perfection. The price was good, and glad I looked at reviews about the untrimmed - definitely worth the little extra to have it trimmed- less loss. Hubby tried a new recipe on the Traeger and it turned out so flavorful and moist. Very good value for the price- we didn’t have to take out a second mortgage; win-win!

None of the clubs in my area offer this. The butcher usually shrugs it off if you ask about a trimmed brisket.

Why list the product if it didn't exist?

Somebody needs to clear up the confusion if Independece Mo. Sams carries this. The butcher insisted this is a product they dont offer.  Very disappointed.

Butcher said they don't sell trimmed brisket.
