One of the butchers always comes out from the back to ask me what I need. He priced up and brought out three choice boneless strip loins in the cryovac for me to choose from. All looked good, but I chose the largest of the three. Really nice looking steaks once I cut it up.

The absolutely best steak I have ever had at home, made possible by this US PRIME whole loin from Sam’s Club.  I am never buying anything but PRIME beef from now on.

Whole Prime Strip Loin, Great Price

I don’t think this is any better than the choice strip loin. The only reason I got the prime this time is the fact they had no one to get me a choice grade cut from the back and the prime was set out in the isle.

No better than choice for more per pound.

Very disappointed meat grainy an tough not as good as it used to be and that was choice but I decided to buy prime for $15.00 a pound. Meat quality degraded.
