[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a heavy duty unit that does so much, its amazing! You can grill, roast, and has a spot for pellets that feed into it so its a smoker. You can use as a griddle or even a pizza oven however the griddle and pizza stone are sold separately but still how awesome is that. It will offer information on the screen that is very helpful such as close the lid when it time to heat up the inside, it shows the temperature as its heating and flashs what your temp you set it for. All options are clearly marked on the cooking unit so it easy to use.
The instructions to put it together are very good, it also provides a link to a 3-D video which helped a lot. All the parts are lettered and they even include the tools needed. It will take two people to lift it up onto the frame other than that part it took about an hour all together to get it up and running. We are over the top happy with this and can't wait for spring and summer we will use to cook everything. I highly recommend this Ninga Flexflame outdoor cooking system.

I absolutely love this product. I was able to use it at a friend's house and tried to steal it! LOL! truthfully, I would never do that to her but I was very jealous and has been trying to get one of my very own so now that Sam's Club has them I believe this will be my next big purchase. might have just about everything ninja has put out and when the food came out I'm on my fifth one because I used them so much that I blew up the first two. I've never been disappointed by any ninja product and if you're interested in a grill then I suspect this is the place you want to be! it also comes with two griddle inserts which makes life even better. please do your research because I did mine and I decided that this is definitely my next purchase. until then I'm always over at my girlfriend's house bugging her to death and using hers. I hope this helps you make the correct decision for you.

Great grill

I never received through influenster but I was really good at convincing my family that we needed to get one. It was a fairly easy process to assemble so don’t be intimidated. One of the features I love is the temperature control you get the benefit of cooking like you would if it wan an oven BUT it’s grilled. Yes read that again!! This was pure genius.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect instructions to put this product together. Literally ANYONE could assemble this thing. It's got so many features, grill, smoke, pizza oven, I can't even name them all. Cooks perfectly even on the first grill use.

The best propane grill on the market hands down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was intimidated when it came time to put this together but the instructions were so pleasantly simple that it was a fun thing to put together. I didn’t require any extra tools and I set a timer to see how long it would take to assemble. From start to finish, I took approx 1hr and 20 minutes. Granted, I was in no rush and enjoying the assembly.

The smoker feature is really cool and does require you to plug it in so that the fan can run and circulate the smoke. 

The footprint and size feels standard and I actually thought it was smaller than I had anticipated which is a good thing. 

Once it was put together, my partner and I were able to move and lift it fairly easily. But it is definitely a 2 person job.

When It came to cooking, there’s an app that helps you monitor the temperature and there’s also a digital display for temperatures by the smoker. Everything worked smoothly and I was able to enjoy some fish and vegetables on the grill (I live in Michigan and only recently did the temperature allow for this to be assembled and used)

Great sized and innovative

When I bought this grill, it was wonderful was met everything all the expectations that I had except that it was covered in stickers that when I took them off, it left behind significant sticker residue that I have not been able to get off in a year. it’s extraordinarily frustrating because my beautiful grill is covered in nasty sticky, residue covered in dirt and other things that now stick to the sticker residue. It’s very disappointing that these were not just basic clings that could easily be removed instead my grill looks like garbage.
