About the X16 Treadmill

Condition for the climb ahead with the X16 Incline Treadmill. Train smarter and more efficiently across a wide spectrum of intensities with the industry’s most versatile incline range. With a 40% incline to -6% decline range, it replicates challenging hills and varied terrain for immersive, full-body training. High-incline walking raises your heart rate without the stress of running, perfect for active recovery. Downhill walking or running strengthens and stabilizes the quads and calves by emphasizing eccentric movement. The 16” HD touchscreen pivots for optimal viewing, whether you’re running or following off-treadmill workouts. A speed range of 0-12 MPH allows you to run up to a 5-minute-mile pace. The SpringFlex™ cushioned deck absorbs impact, supports dynamic movement like hiking, running, walking backwards, lateral shuffles, and even skipping – turning the X16 into a full-body, multi-directional training platform. While you work out, the built-in AutoBreeze™ fan keeps you cool and adjusts based on the intensity of your workout. A USB-C port ensures your devices stay charged during workouts.

About iFIT

iFIT offers over 10,000 workouts led by professional athletes and fitness experts. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent product. Does it all. Awesome screen and the product interfacing with the various workouts. Ankles feet shins, and lower back are free of pain after a workout. I am 74 and once I get on this treadmill I do not want to get off lol. Excellent price, excellent warranty, excellent iFit programs with exceptional scenery. I love my X16 NordikTrack treadmill.

Excellent product. Does it all.

NordicTrack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Highly recommend. This is such a great new addition to my workout routine. I look forward to using it every morning. I have no knee pain even after walking for over 60 mins.

Highly recommend. This is such

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say. This treadmill is great. I'm 38, been in the military and now work as a wildland firefighter. I get in 6 miles (working to 10) every other day and my knees feel great after each run. Even the day after. That's my biggest thing. The treadmill feels just like one at the gym so I feel like the quality is top notch.

No sore knees!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I've aged, I'm no longer able to enjoy some of my favorite exercises. I got this incline treadmill in hopes that I could still get a good heavy workout to stay healthy. A couple months in and it absolutely delivers! 3,000 vertical feet a day and I feel great!

Longevity machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my X16 Treadmill. The I fit is an amazing feature makes the experience more enjoyable and interactive.

I love my X16 Treadmill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The treadmill is awesome! Using coupled with iFit, creates a new experience and desire to run. I love also its ability to go incline and decline. I've never been a runner but having it has provided me the ability to use it often than I would simply by gong outside for run.

New experience running.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has already enjoyed this treadmill so much . It has been even better than we had expected . We waited a long time to purchase it and are so glad we decided on the X16 Treadmill by NordicTrack.

My family has already enjoyed

Great in home piece of equipment. Powerful and the incline feature will cook you. This thing goes to 40 percent and changes elevation with the program you're running. The screen is nice, responds to touch, informative, and the software is in the IFit arsenal is all well designed. Honestly, the Ifit trainer is what makes these machines stand out. Hopefully it continues to hold up. I'm one of the rare people that prefers a treadmill over the street.

The x24

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The treadmill is amazing and I love the incline. The computer has already froze a few times and I needed to reset it so I’m sure this will turn into an issue down the road but no regrets. I love it.

Good, not perfect.

The treadmill itself is excellent, so stable and solid.
I do have issues when I'm manually increasing/decreasing speed/incline. It does not show whether you are changing incline so I'm not sure I actually pressed it properly which is odd. Another issue is I absolutely could not pair my Coros watch or my Apple Airpods with the tv. It was incredibly frustrating and I eventually gave up.

Excellent treadmill so far

Bought two treadmills and within the first week the control boards went out on both. Still haven't been able to replace one of them because it's impossible to get in contact with NordicTrack without being put on hold for hours.

Bad control board

nordictrack x16 treadmill with ifit front three-quarter view of black incline treadmill, pivoting 16" touchscreen showing a trainer, angled handrails, wide running belt with NordicTrack logo, visible deck components and front vent; suitable for high-incline/decline and 0–12 MPH training, often used for hill-simulated full-body sessions.
