The crab is fresh and the taste is real.  I grew up in Tampa Fl, Crab Cakes and Cuban Sandwiches were special.  To my recollection the crab meat back then was genuine.  I purchased the crab meat recently from Sam’s and my wife prepared it.  It reminded me of my love of good crabmeat.  So many ways to prepare.  If you haven’t tried it, look for a recipe and enjoy.  Crabs ain’t pretty but they taste great.

This lump crabmeat was the cream of the crop when I added it to my seafood salad!  It was a bit pricey but it was worth it!  I got so many compliments on my seafood salad!

Absolutely a must!

I purchased the lump crab to be used in a crab bisque soup. The lump crab was flaky, sweet and flavorful. I did notice small shell fragments throughout the crab which was unpleasant.

I purchased the product in previous years and felt it was better. Not sure if this is due to manufacturing of the product.

Flavorful & Affordable

This was $26 for 1lb of LUMP crab meat. It was good and sealed fresh. It just had a lot of shredded mixed in with the lump. When it says LUMP CRAB MEAT it should all be LUMP

LUMP?

Although there were no lump crab meat and it didn't taste like MD blue crabs,  the container had a lot of meat;  it tasted fresh,  and it got the job done - i made crab dip.  The price was manageable.  Will purchase again.

Got the Job Done

The crab is pricey as is most everything. I hesitated to buy this because of the price, but thought I would take a chance. I enjoyed the meal with the crab as did my husband. It was of good quality and cooked well. There really is a lot of crab in this package - not fillers.

This was diffently not "LUMP" crabmeat but it was fresh. When you buy something for a certain dish you would want it to be as advertised.

I purchased two containers since it sounded so good. But I found too many shell pieces in the first container and ended up throwing both containers out. Will not purchase again.

This was not crab meat. The product was a mussy watery mess. I would have returned the product but we had a flight out of Denver that night and had no time. I will never purchase this product again.
