I’ve been trying RAW Nutrition CBUM Essential Pre-Workout, and honestly, it’s pretty solid. It gives you a nice boost of energy and focus without making you feel jittery or crashing later. The mix of ingredients like L‑citrulline, beta-alanine, and 200 mg of natural caffeine hits that sweet spot for endurance and pumps.

It mixes easily, tastes good, and feels smooth — no weird chalky texture. If you’re looking for something mild to moderate, it’s perfect for regular gym days. Just don’t expect it to hit like some of the super intense pre-workouts out there. Overall, I’d say it’s a reliable, beginner-friendly daily booster.

I’m used to having to choke down pre workouts. I’ve tried a bunch of different brands and flavors and I just kinda accepted that that’s just how pre workout is. Kinda gross. But I ordered the peach mango and I was surprised to find myself actually enjoying it! I will definitely be re ordering once I run out and I’d encourage anybody to try this flavor especially if they’ve had trouble finding a good tasting pre.

I use it for increasing my metabolism alertness since I am in past 40’s and still active.  Gives me an extra boost to concentrate at work and at home to be productive.  The tingly feeling in my face means it’s working. One scoop is a safe dose and I usually use 2 to 3 times more water with lots of because I like to stay hydrated.

Better than coffee

This pre-workout is really helping me out to give those extra reps in my workout and keep focused all the time.

A pre-workout that does it's job

I’ve had dozens & dozens of different pre’s/energy beverages over the decades & this is by far one of my favorites. Fantastic energy & the taste is outta’this world. Highly recommend “Raw” supplements in general, every product I’ve ever tried is outstanding.

Hits the spot

Honestly bum does taste a bit like bum, at least compared to alternatives like c4 specifically. It's after taste is too chemical and artificial sweetener vibes. I really wish Sam's Club would carry Hawaiian Punch c4.

Unfortunately cannot give a full review due to the fact that the taste was not good. Love chris, don’t want to degrade anyone’s brand but they definitely need to work on their flavors.
