we bought this item to use on a full size bed for my grandson and it works great , very easy to use and hides away between the mattress and box spring , it also has straps that attach to the opposite side of the bed to prevent it from pulling out , Great Product , arrived very fast .

Great Bed Rail

The bed railing was so easy to assemble and attach to the bed. Took about 5 minutes to put together and it was on and ready for our little one. I was a little worried that something that hooks to the box spring wouldn't hold but it definitely a solid piece. Very please with it and it really wasn't a bad price.

Great product

We bought multiples, for each of 3 sides of the bed. They arrived very quickly, and we were very pleased with the delivery. The website originally estimated 8 business days, but it arrived in 3.

We learned that, because of the mechanism that slides under the mattress, you cannot criss-cross them butt-up against each other, say at the corners of a bed. So there is a 2' space between the rails at each bedpost. Still, this would be hard for a child to fall through and I don't think most people would care.

FYI: Instructions say never to use for any child under 2 years old, and not to use in place of a crib, so if you follow the letter of the law, don't plan on using this for co-sleeping an infant. I believe they are required to state this for legal liability issues, in case of a baby squeezing between the rail and mattress. I find this extremely unlikely, since the rail fits very snugly against the mattress and is even hard to slip my hand between, but maybe it depends on the type of mattress.

It fits a queen bed perfectly. The rail will cover all but 2 feet of the side of a queen bed, or will cover the entire foot of the bed. It is extremely easy to set up and install, as long as you read the directions. You might need a second person to lift up the mattress to slip the securing mechanism underneath. It is still easy to change and make the bed even with the bedrail installed. The rail is strong enough to keep an average-sized adult from falling off the bed. The cloth mesh is breathable and is not an eyesore.

Works well, arrived quickly, fast setup

This product is simply amazing. I bought this for my 2 year old sons twin size bed and it works wonders. My son tosses and turns and rolls around bed all night and this keeps him safe a secure. The only down side was the assembly as the directions were very confusing and required two people to install.

very helpful

Have only been using the bed rail for a couple of weeks, but it appears to be working fine. My Granddaughter seems to be very comfortable with the rail. Installation was fairly simple and it appears to be very well built. Overall, I am pretty happy with the purchase as it is doing what I expected.

Good Product

My husband was bedridden with cancer and end stage dementia. He couldn't stand and would try to get out of bed so to keep him from falling I needed something that went almost the entire length of the bed. It also was very reasonably priced compared to the medical supply places for the elderly.

Great

Great product for the price. Is fairly sturdy and withstands my three year old using it to pull herself up onto the bed. You should be aware that if the bottom of your mattress is lower than the side/bed rail, you won't be able to fold the side down and slide it under the mattress. But, if your bed is built that way, I don't imagine any fold down type rail would have that ability. This is not a problem for us, don't know that we would have folded it down often anyway. Instructions were a little difficult to understand, but fairly intuitive.

Excellent product

This Bed Rail works very well, is very solid but has a big design flaw.

The problem is in the inner chambers that hold the rail/fabric, these two chambers lie under the mattress. It is built so you can fold down the rail/fabric and hide it under the bed and that works well. The chamber that holds the unit is 1 1/2" tall and this distorts the mattress above it. It puts the mattress on a slight incline and the mattress has to bend over the two chambers.

IF the chambers were only 1/"2 high this could work but they are way to bulky to "hide" under the mattress. I am returning the unit.

Other than the chambers being so big under the mattress it's a great piece of safety gear and is built well.

It's built well, very solid but big design flaw.

the bed railing is not hard to assemble. you will need a second pair of hands to put the cover on (it is very snug). So tight the zipper busted!!
I ordered a second one (This one site to strore). Got refund (minus shipping) and took second one home. the cover had a hole in it.
then the option to store railing under bed- it slides the rails under mattress apart and leaves a gap between the matress and the railing.
Returned to store for refund.
