It seems to do a good job of vacuuming and has the option of mopping after vacuum which what I use in the kitchen. It has a carpet feature too which works well. I don't have any pets nor little children so it's basically used for light cleaning in my livingroom & kitchen.

Roborock ROCKS!

Walmart.ca

Would buy this vacuum over and over and over again! We upgraded from a Roomba vacuum that had no special features at all other than starting it from our phone and it could mop (poorly). I did some research and discovered this brand. As. A pet owner and a new mom with a house of mostly hard floor, this has been a game changer! I am able to spend less time cleaning up dog hair and crumbs before the baby gets to them and can choose to have it mop too. The suction on this is AMAZING, the navigation, auto emptying, noise level, and different settings from the app are so cool. We've had it maybe 2 months and I am still in awe everytime it cleans haha.

WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!!

The Roborock S5 Max is genuinely great at its core tasks: it vacuums thoroughly, maps intelligently, and mops competently. Most days it starts, cleans the entire floor, mops where requested, and returns to base without any human help. However, the lack of basic status feedback (water level and bag fullness) in an otherwise feature-rich app feels like a strange omission in 2025, and the minor mechanical quirks (spinning, dragging the mat, overly sensitive sensor warnings) add up over time.
If you can accept physically checking the water tank and accepting the occasional odd behavior, it is still one of the best value robot vacuum/mop hybrids available. If you strongly prefer a more “finished” experience with proper tank/bag monitoring and quieter emptying, consider stepping up to the newer Roborock Q Revo or S8 series.
Recommended with the above reservations – a solid 4-star performer that could easily be 4.7 stars with a few software and minor hardware refinements.

Very good daily cleaner with a few persistent annoyances

I have only used it once so far and it seems to be doing a relatively good job for a robot. I am still learning all about it and how to map. The reviews by GROk seem to be good too so I'm looking forward to having this extra hand around. Especially like the mopping and the choice of either just vacuuming and or vacuuming %26 mopping. It also does short pile carpetting which is an added bonus and since I don't have pets , this Roborock should have a long life.

Robo is ROCKING my space!

Very satisfied. Took a few tries to get the docking and washing working OK but once it fully charged and became familiar with the surroundings, it does a great job. Not scrubbed clean but removes dog prints and drools just fine.

Roborock Q10 VF works great

It works and does its job, but after second use it became loud. It was very silent but now has a high pitched noise it didn't have in the beginning. I had a Roomba before this and after I purchased this one I was very excited at the noise level. So to me it's just a typical system now. Nothing special but it sweeps.

It does its job, just loud

My Q5 Pro had much less technical flaws than my new Q10 S5+. The Q10 gets stuck in places it shouldn't get stuck, then goes into error mode until I get home to free the helpless heep. It does clean well, empty into it's trash bin somewhat decently. But it gets stuck everyday as to where my Q5 Pro never got stuck.

My Honest Opinion (Q10 S5+)

This is the biggest lot of rubbish. Please don't waste your money on it. But a manual vacuum as it will with faster and save you a lot of frustration. I'm tech savvy but cannot get it to complete one cleaning without it getting stuck in the middle of the floor.

Don't buy this rubbish

Roborock customer service

The first time I used it, it worked fine. It docked itself when told to. Everything was great. The second time I used it, it acted like it had gone berserk. It said various wheels were jammed, but they were not jammed. I must have fussed with them 20 times. I wiped off the sensors. I cleaned out any hair in all the wheels. It will not continuously run.

Absolute garbage vacuum. It didn't even last 4 months before it quit working. The company says the damage to the main roller brush is “normal” and they recommend replacing the brush every 6-8 weeks. They are basically selling junk vacuums with a subscription to get money every 6 weeks. This vacuum was way too expensive to be a piece of junk already.

Junk- don't waste you're money
