I wouldn't trade it for any other TV been with this brand for years now not one complaint. the brightness is amazing and the contrast is Pitch Perfect . amazing for viewing movies resolution doesn't go down and this tv does not need to continuously refresh unlike other brands

The blacks are excellent , and the colors are vibrantly bright!
The remote controls,  doesnt have numbers etc on it, I find that a bit distracting when having to user on board keys to enter numbers!
No refresh issues! All in all a very good tv for the money!

4k is awesome

The picture is absolutely perfect, bright, vibrant and I feel like I am right there with everything we watch. The sound is amazing. The only thing we Hate is the Remote that came with it. The volume button is annoying and difficult to use. I don't know who created this remote, but it is Not user friendly and is stupid. Also very very small and hard to see what buttons are for what. Also, I just wanted to upload a picture of our remote and am not able to, You have a section for this but not able to upload.

Setup was quick and easy, and the smart features are smooth and responsive. Sound quality is clear, though adding a soundbar makes it even better. Overall, an excellent TV for movies, sports, and everyday streaming. Highly recommended.

Cracked screens (2x). Even the replacement television came with the screen separated from the back. You need to find another shipping company outside of FedEx.

Bad Shipping

We bought this TV last May. The first one was defective out of the box with wide vertical stripes running down the center. We exchanged that -- not easy with a 65" TV already mounted to your wall, but lesson learned to plug it in first. The second one lasted 10 months. Now the vertical stripes are running and flickering at all times on the left side. There was no damage or power surge that precipitated the malfunction. The worst part is when I brought the video in to Sam's Club and asked if I could apply the cost of the TV to a different upgraded model,  the manager not only said I needed to haul in the TV itself, but he implied that I must be doing something to break them. This is the only one star review I've ever written.
