Viewing Experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new television was huge when I brought it into my room it's definitely big enough this has bright picture bright colors and stand out even the remote control has everything I need on right on it it's very nice television set I would suggest it to anybody who's needing one.

awesome picture and vibrant color

Samsung US

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] purchased two Samsung tvs easy programing / great picture quality/ plenty of programing apps / sound quality ok could use a little more mid range tuning / old style remote very easy to use only missing a sleep button must go through whole menu to get this feature / new style (smart ) remote more difficult for channel searching / over all great tv"s compared to other brands in this price range

great tv's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really impressed with the U8000HD 4K Smart TV (2026). The picture quality is sharp and clear, with good color and plenty of detail when watching movies, sports, and regular TV. The 4K resolution really stands out, especially when viewing high-quality content.
The smart TV features are easy to navigate, and apps load quickly without much hassle. The setup was straightforward, and the overall design looks modern and clean without taking up too much space.
The sound quality is decent for everyday viewing, although adding a soundbar would be a nice upgrade if you want a more immersive experience. Overall, for the price, the U8000HD offers a lot of features and delivers a great viewing experience.
Overall a great choice for anyone looking for an affordable 4K smart TV with a sharp picture and easy-to-use smart features.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the picture and the sound quality of the tv. I live in a loud household and have had trouble hearing other tvs we had. This 1 is no problem at all. Also the picture is very clear and bright, easy to see.

I love my new tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this TV! At first I thought it was going to be too big. But it is actually the perfect size for our living room. The picture is awesome 👌. It is very seamless with the picture. The brightness and contrast work great. The venue is easy to understand and use.

Best TV I have ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is really worth it for the price and game mode is the best mainly becuase I do a ton of gaming also I love that you can change screen modes and brightness plus the 4k chip that upscales some video to 4k.

Great tv for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good value for the money. The USB slideshow functionality is useful, but the slideshow interface needs an upgrade. I have never seen a Samsung remote control that I liked.

Areas for Improvement:
1) A unified menu for slide (Data-USB) viewing.
2) Increase Transition speed between slides (it is jumpy and it seems the processor is not strong enough to handle the transition, even on a new TV!)
3) Additional slideshow features (display speed control, and extra display options)
4) The Remote. Just copy Apple.

Value Priced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great 43 inch starter living room tv for my new house with plans to move into the bedroom once I purchas a larger one for the living room. It is crystal clear and comes with free TV which is great but one thing I recently noticed is a spot on the bottom right corner of the screen is black. Not sure when it showed up but noticed it around 3 weeks ago when it was backlight by the show being watched. Otherwise its been a great Samsung product like all my appliances and cell phone. Yes I am a Samsung fan for over 10 years now, I plan on integrating my whole house into a smart Samsung hub soon.

Great little TV for streaming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like the opening home page that requires several steps to reach what you want to view. I wish you could set it so it opened to live tv or option to open to certain station . I'd like to not have to be prompted to Samsung tv always first because we rarely view it and it is an annoyance

Tv start up is too complicated and annoying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like all Samsung televisions, this one is reliable, but the screen image “disappears” when there is any light in the room. Great for dark or darkened room, but definitely not a good choice for a room with any sunlight whatsoever.

Impossible to view in a bright environment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What in the world were you thinking when you eliminated the optical and RCA audio outputs on the Samsung 70" class U8000H UHD Crystal Series - 4K Smart TV Model UN70U8000HDXZA. I tried to use a HDMI arc audio extractor hooked to the HDMI arc output but found that the volume couldn't be controlled by my preferred remote supplied by Spectrum my provider. The so called smart remote supplied by Samsung is totally useless beyond turning TV on and off. I can't even figure out how to control the volume or change channels, other than that the picture is great the sound from the rear facing speakers is fair. My biggest problem is that the device that transmits audio to my hearing aids requires an optical or RCA input which you eliminated so I have to get sound from the optical out on my cable box which means I can't get hearing aid sound when using streaming apps which is why I bought this TV in the 1st place as my old TV couldn't support the streaming apps included in my Spectrum package. I thought Samsung made quality products and had I known of these shortcomings I would never have purchased this TV. Bring back the audio outputs most people use and supply a usable dumb remote I'm extremely disappointed in this product

Bad audio output design, not so smart remote.
