[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i had a dumb tv and when I got this smart tv it took a little getting use two. I am not crazy about their remote that came with the tv so I got a different remote and everything seems fine now. The picture is great.

Great pix and features

Samsung US

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been very pleased with all aspects of the Samsung 75 inch TV. Great picture, good sound. We view using a Firestick, and access takes a bit of time to connect, but the end result is worth it.

Great value for money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I totally Love my New AI Television it is Fantastic the only problem I have had is with the Remote Control. I am starting to learn how to use it, but it has been very frustrating for me. I am a 70 year old woman. And had to have my Grandson help me. I would love to know if I could buy an extra Remote Control for it. It is so small, I'm afraid of something happening to it. Thank You for letting me tell you my thoughts about My New Samsung Television. I have a 65 inch Samsung in my living room, and the New Samsung 55 inch in my bedroom. I also have a Samsung Laptop, and a Samsung Tablet. So I have been a Samsung Customer for Many Years.

The AI TV is Very Awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this TV, it was a great value and fits out needs perfectly. The brightness is perfect for a sunny living room and a dark living room while watching movies, sports or just the average show.
The color pops with a great level of contrast so the picture is displayed in the same uniformity as the creator's intent.
The controller has great responsiveness and works perfectly with our Roku.

Awesome TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung delivers exceptional quality for the price . My Home entertainment system is all Samsung , great quality and value …. Wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you Samsung for valuing your customers and providing us with great products …. Keep up the great work…. Forever will be a loyal customer to the brand …it's speaks for itself…. .

Samsung rules

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color is great, but the sound control on the remote is annoying.
The remote is not user friendly as to turn up the volume goes to mute most of the time. There are no number so you can dial a channel in quicker, instead you have to scroll through all the channels to get what you want.

Great picture, remote sucks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the brightness as modern games have dark tones to them, this helps me in my older age to see the games much easier and has improved my pvp experience. Color pops and is uniform across the entire screen. The smart portion of the TV is quite slow though. Very laggy on button response and the streaming gaming isnt worth it on this TV. Though streaming Netflix and etc. Works well.

Brightness is well worth the cost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very dissappointed in my Samsung TV.
I have to use two remotes to control the TV. If I am on the smart TV homepage, I have to hunt for the HDMI feed to switch to the cable feed. 1 in every 3 times I try to turn off using the Spectrum remote, the cable box will turn off leaving the TV on. There are significant volume differences between programs requiring me to find the Samsung remote to control or mute. The installer told me that this TV does not have a port for my disc player.

New Samsung TV

To to complicated not worth buying to difficult ask for to much personal information should not be programmed this way the control does not have buttons with numbers I regret buying

Do not buy this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We cannot or should I say I cannot get your remote control to work so most of the time I throw the channel I want from my iPhone I so want a return this TV get my money back and never get a Samsung again

Remote control is wacko
