I’m very impressed with this TV. The brightness is excellent, even in a bright room, and the contrast makes movies and shows look detailed with deep blacks and bright highlights. The upscaling is also very good—HD and lower-resolution content looks noticeably sharper and cleaner.

The TV is very responsive, with smooth navigation and quick response from the remote. I also noticed good screen uniformity, with consistent brightness and colors across the large display.

Overall, the picture quality, performance, and features make this a great TV for movies, sports, streaming, and everyday use. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent Picture Quality and Performance

Excellent TV with a good brightness peak I have an open window and it is still excellent, the sound I think lacks better bass, the opertive system goes well and responds fast, colors look great update rate for games and watch sports excellent, I am very happy with my purchase.

Excellent screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this unit on March 2026 and so far no issues or "SCREEN FADE" as per my previous, two year old 75" Samsung TV (diferent model). Hopefully this model goes beyond two years without no screen fade issues. Seems like things go south after the two warrenty expires with TVs in general. Other than that the colors are great, in my opinion, for this Samsung model as of today.

Impressed so far.

The picture and sound quality of this television is the best we've ever experienced. The refresh rate makes motion seemless, with no pixelation or blurriness. Even when we watch repeats of old shows from the 80s and 90s, the picture is sharp, vivid, and upscaling is instant. Getting used to the minimalist design of the remote takes some getting used to, and maybe a couple more direct function buttons would have been helpful, but I love the fact that you can charge the remote with a USB cord or solar / light energy...no more batteries! Overall, this is a great TV with an amazing picture!

Minor glitches but bothersome when they happen.

Minor glitches keep it from being great

In terms of display quality and brightness with contrast and upscaling, the tv is really good. I really big downside of the tv is UI & OS. Samsung tizen os is not at all upto the mark. It lags and makes harder to select apps and faced some issues with tv reboots unknowingly.

Great hardware

I have had the TV less than 3 months. I’ve had Samsung warranty repair out three times and had the panel replaced three times. Now they have to come back a fourth time to replace the panel yet again. Hours spent on the phone, multiple days of missed work waiting on service calls. Super Bowl ruined, Olympics ruined and no closer to having the issue resolved. Samsungs warranty department is a series of pass the buck and wait for a call back. So much for a company standing behind their product. Last Samsung product I’ll be buying.

Horrible tv

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Sam's Club. This is the second time I've ordered the exact same 85-inch TV from you, and both units arrived damaged and completely non-functional.
The first TV was shipped with visible external damage. Despite that, I went through the major hassle of unboxing it, mounting it securely to the wall, and setting everything up — only to find it was dead on arrival and never worked.
I ordered a replacement through Sam's Club again, hoping for better results. The second one arrived in similar condition: clearly damaged during shipping. Once again, I mounted it on the wall only to discover it also didn't work. Screen issues, no power, and obvious internal damage.
An 85-inch TV is huge and heavy. Mounting one to the wall is a big project that requires significant time, tools, and effort. Having to do this twice with zero success is completely unacceptable.
Sam's Club needs to seriously improve how these large TVs are packaged and shipped. This level of carelessness is not okay.
I will not be trying a third time. Save yourself the headache, wasted time, and potential damage to your walls. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your next TV.
