The price on this bucket is getting ridiculous at this point. I have to jump through hoops to get my bakery to give up a bucket and when i place a order for one they never have it when i go to pick it up and tell me i need to place an order.

Whipped Icing

This icing can no longer be colored and worked with.  It was immediately runny once the  powder color was mixed in.  The flavor was fine, but I was unable to use it to decorate the intended cake.  I keep my house around 66, so it should not have become immediately runny after following the thawing instructions.
