[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we needed a garage ready fridge to hold up to the summer heat which exceeds sometimes over 110° in the summer down to about 25° in the winter . so far it's great lost some food in our last refrigerator that wasn't technically a garage fridge these refrigerators are built for the garage so they don't shut off the refrigerators are built for the garage so they don't shut off freezer when it gets for the fridge. we now have full confidence that whatever food you put in there is going to last and not have to throw it out very happy with the Wi-Fi that we can track on the smart things app so we can see that the temperature very happy with the Wi-Fi that we can track on the SmartThings app so we can see that the temperature protection to alert us when there's an issue or problem are we couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend garage fridge if you're thinking about putting a full-time garage for refrigerator and a hot and cold garage from your house cuz when it fails so does your food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 18-cubic-foot top-freezer refrigerator went above and beyond my expectations. It boasts the ideal combination of stylish design, dependable performance, and ease of use on a daily basis. 

This 18-cubic-foot refrigerator has a well-organized interior. Because of the layout of the shelves, door bins, and freezer, you can store food without feeling confined. Everything has a place, even if it is full.


Every day, this refrigerator operates in the same manner and is consistent. There are no unexpected warm patches, temperature shifts, or surprises. It keeps food fresher for longer periods of time by maintaining a consistent internal temperature. 

The best feature is the overall cooling system. Cold air flows evenly from all sides, so items on the top shelf stay as cool as those in the back or at the door. The drinks cool rapidly, the vegetables remain crisp, and leftovers are safe. 

The build is strong and dependable. The refrigerator's doors have tight seals, the shelves are sturdy, and the design is substantial. It is reliable equipment that does not require constant monitoring. 

It is simple to adjust the temperature setting, and it is fairly precise. Both the refrigerator and the freezer swiftly attain their predetermined temperatures and maintain them without altering. Frozen items remain solid, while the refrigerator area keeps everything cool without freezing delicate foods.

Great Everyday Fridge with Awesome Cooling

Capacity is a plus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had the Samsung RT70F18LRSRAA 18 cu.ft. Garage-Ready Top Freezer Refrigerator in Stainless Steel for less than one week and haven't had the chance to fill it up yet, but I am impressed with all the space I will have for storing the overflow from my main refrigerator. From the outside the refrigerator looks small, but inside it has a lot of space. Three adjustable glass shelves for easy spill clean up, a fruit and vegetable bin, three bins in the door, one being a gallon sized bin, and one shelf in the freezer. The gallon size diary bin on the bottom of the door is great for storing milk, juice, or pop so that I can use the shelf space for larger flat items, like a cheese and fruit platter or a large birthday cake! The recessed door handles on both the freezer and main door, make the refrigerator look sleek and up to date. The doors have recessed handles on both sides of it making the choice of how the door opens up to you and where you decide to put the refrigerator.  It also has an open door sensor that will start alarming if the door is left open for more than 2 minutes, which is great for my family that constantly leave the door ajar. This refrigerator is so quiet, I have to open the door to make sure it is working. The Samsung Garage-Ready Top Freezer Refrigerator is a great addition to my appliances!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the Samsung RT70F18LRSRAA 18 cu.ft. Garage-Ready Top Freezer Refrigerator in Stainless Steel for about a month now and I have to say, I am impressed with the amount of space to store things. The inside design is well thought out, with nothing in the way to take up shelf or storage space. I especially like the milk door bin to store the gallon jugs of milk which leave space on the shelves for other items, such as my fruit salad, that I like to make during the hot summer days. The fruit drawer is large enough to accommodate the watermelon and other items that I need  for my fruit salad until I am ready to make it. 

The only thing that I don't like and feel needs improvement, is the inside door light is slow to come on when the main door is opened. I'm old school, and when the light in the refrigerator does not come on right away when the door is opened it means the refrigerator is not working. But then it comes on and I feel relieved. I guess it is just something I will have to get used to.

All in all, it is a nice Garage-Ready refrigerator and I look forward to the many years of using it and filling it up with good stuff to eat.

Optimal Storage, Well Thought Out Design

We mostly wanted it for holidays and meal prepping, but so far it’s been great for frozen treats and drinks for the kids when they’re playing outside (especially now that summer is here!). I appreciate the simple design of the fridge - lots of big empty space for things like watermelons and turkeys. :) Very happy so far!

Perfect for families with kids

One thing is the finger prints do stick so I don't see how it should be finger print free. All in all its a good solid fridge.

Perfect Garage Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Besides that every aspect of this fridge is perfect. I have 3 fridges in my house. I have one High tech with the screen, I have one old school double door 20 years old and now this one. This Samsung Fridge is my favorite. They took out all the bells and whistles and gave it more room on the inside. This thing holds everything. I have 6 12 packs of soda 12 1 liters of soda 4 cases of kids drinks, 24 16oz bottles of drinks and there's still half the fridge of room left.   In the freezer I have 16 2lb bags of broccoli 24 - 2.5lb bags of corn 50 Chocolate chip cookies, 2 loves of bread pack of hot dog buns and again there is still room. 

The unit is absolutely silent. When you open either door, even though its packed the light GENTLY comes on so it doesn't blind you and lights up the entire space so you can see everything. 

It cools quickly and adjusts the temperature fast. 

This thing is amazing. I was going to buy a cube freezer but this makes me so much happier and useful. Finally a unit with space!!!

Finally a Fridge that holds everything!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've now had this Samsung top freezer refrigerator for about a month now. This is an addition to the Samsung bespoke we have in our kitchen. Now we will have more space to store our frozen and refrigerated items, and it fits perfectly in the corner of our garage near the door. This Samsung product does exactly what it is supposed to do. The setup was quick and simple with the Samsung SmartThings app. This version of the refrigerator does not have the ice maker, which is fine because we have plenty of ice in our indoor unit. There is only one thing I do not like, and that is the smudges that are easy to accumulate on the stainless steel finish. Such a simple piece of equipment to operate and no problems thus far. I would certainly recommend this Samsung refrigerator to anyone needing something simple and good looking.

Good second garage fridge

Samsung should be ashamed to have released this product with the amount of issues it has. I have not had a working refrigerator in a month and this thing is less than a year old. The alarm cannot be muted either so I have to unplug it which makes it hard for the repair man to source the issue. I have a pregnant wife and I can't feed her home cooked meals because of this piece of trash. So so upset by this product.
