We were looking for a refrigerator for our garage and this is the ideal refrigerator/freezer. It has a very nice and simple look (no handle which is exactly what we were looking for). It has plenty of room for our extra beverages and other groceries that do not fit in our kitchen refrigerator.
The delivery service brought it inside our garage. The only issue is that I had to unpack the item and even though it was easy, it took some time and the help of my son to lift up the refrigerator.

Great refrigerator and great service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great. Keeps to the right temperature in fridge and freezer. Have had no problems. Was a great buy. Would buy again.

Works great and keeps to the right temperature

Samsung US

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this fridge so much more space than my last one the cooling options is wonderful and the app is easy to use. I love the sleek finish on it and that there’s no handles sticking out into the room. I also love the app. What a wonderful thing to add.

Love the features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is literally what I just wanted. I am sick and tired of refrigerators that has water/ice dispensers on doors. I keep the non freezer at 37 degrees and it still cools so efficiently, absolutely No mess bcoz there’s NO in door water/ice dispenser . Love the automatic ice maker, I don’t have to full ice trays. When you touch the drawers, it feels high quality. No external door handles, that makes it look so elegant and smooth. Very quiet operation. My other refrigerator use to make scary noises and it scared me quite a few times at night. Literally the best refrigerator ever!

BEST REFRIGERATOR EVER!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compact but specious fridge and freezer. Very quick cooling, didn’t have to wait 24 hours for it to cool down to be used as said o line. Within a few hours it was ready to be used. Easy navigation and temperature set.

Great fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this Samsung side-by-side refrigerator! It looks sleek, has plenty of space, and keeps everything nice and cold. The layout is convenient and it works great for everyday use. Definitely happy with my purchase!

Sleek and easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung refrigerator and like all of my Samsung appliances this unit has exceeded all of my expectations. I buy Samsung for quality, design and function. I highly recommend this refrigerator!!

Samsung just gets it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Samsung side-by-side refrigerator! It looks really nice, has plenty of space, and the shelves and compartments make it easy to keep everything organized. The refrigerator and freezer both stay nice and cold, and I really like the sleek design.
It's also surprisingly quiet compared to my old refrigerator. Overall, I'm really happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, spacious refrigerator without sacrificing style.

Great feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the shelving in this refrigerator and how much space it has. It's a nice upgrade from what I had before and there are a lot of little technical things that are much more modern like the alarm and the digital thermometer.

Great quality fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too early to tell. I've had good luck overall with Samsung. Was unable to link to phone, did notice there's no butter tray, I'm old so that's weird to me. The unit is big but clean lines , it's very open. I'll grade up but just hooked up so that may change.

It's big

Purchased this refrigerator in April 2025. It took a solid 3 1/2 weeks to receive from date of purchase. From day one, the frost buildup at the back of the freezer section was excessive, but I thought at the time it was just a natural defect of this unit. Then, last month, the entire unit shut down. After resetting, the refrigerator and freezer would still not cool down. It was under warranty, so I called Samsung, and they said it would take at least 10 days for someone to come out to take a look at the refrigerator, the timing obviously concerning. Because of the excessive repair wait time, I was forced to pay out-of-pocket for a local repair. The tech ascertained that the back freezer coil fan had always been nonfunctional, and he pulled it out to show me. We ordered a part and he installed a replacement fan the next day, however, because it was an aftermarket part and because there were other issues with the refrigerator due to the fan not functioning for more than a year, the refrigerator now has a loud grinding noise. Samsung assured me that they would be out to take care of this, scheduled for Monday, September 28th, between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM. I took off work and waited all day for the repairman who never arrived. They then had me call to reschedule a second attempt on Wednesday, September 30th. Once again, the repair tech from Samsung was a no-show. Further, the appliance company that Samsung uses, Kona, answers their phones with a bot who is difficult to work with and can't make any decisions. Samsung's own Tech Support is housed overseas and this also makes for complicated interactions by support staff who can't make any command decisions. This was a terrible purchase: I have now sunk even more money into this refrigerator and it still has issues after only one year plus of usage. I would give this my highest non-recommendation: “Do Not Buy!!”
