It looks very expensive, but it isn't 😃. We got a great deal on it, and everything remains well-organized and accessible. Managing the temperatures isn't difficult either. I truly love it! Visually, it is an absolute masterpiece. The flat-panel design with recessed handles gives a seamless, high-end built-in look without the custom-cabinet price tag.
​But it’s the layout and daily utility that really win you over. The interior feels massive compared to standard French door models with the same footprint. The adjustable and slide-in shelving makes it incredibly easy to fit tall items, and the dual auto ice maker (offering both classic cubed ice and smaller 'Ice Bites') ensures you're always ready to host. Temperatures in both the fridge and freezer stay perfectly steady, keeping produce fresh significantly longer. It’s quiet, energy-efficient, and easily the centerpiece of the home. If you are on the fence about upgrading, do it—it lives up to every bit of the hype.

The Balanced, "All-Around Winner"

Has plenty of room compared to my last Samsung. Easy to open and close the doors and drawer. Keeps everything cold, but not frozen. Only negatives I have found are that some shelves are impossible to clean if anything gets under the glass. Also, the left door always had to be closed first, as the seal does not come back on its own like its supposed to, no matter how much we try to add/remove the discs/washers for balancing.

Would not buy it again.

Samsung Bespoke honesty

Needs improvements.

I bought this refrigerator and it was delivered about a month ago. I am pleased with the performance of the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator I purchased, but the RXO delivery was the worst delivery service I have ever experienced!!!! Given the delivery was part of the Sam's Club service, I will NEVER purchase an appliance from Sam's again. On the day of the scheduled delivery, two guys with a Ryder rental truck showed up, the 'haul away' almost didn't happen because they said they could not disconnect the appliance (Ice maker water supply). I disconnected the water supply, a 60 year old woman. I did not know their names, they had no company ID, and I felt I had no recourse. They claimed to be on the phone with Samsung, but spoke Spanish to the other party, I do not speak Spanish so was excluded from the conversation. Then I was told that Haul away was an extra $50 that I should have paid, I was really upset. I asked who I should contact to pay with my card, and surprise, they were unable to give me a name.    When I brought up the fact that the haul away and delivery was included in the purchase of this very expensive appliance, they said I was disrespecting them and they could just drive off with the new refrigerator that I had already paid for. They then said that they would not be installing the new refrigerator as it would not fit through the standard door frame, I asked if it was not possible to remove the doors and bring it in the house that way only to receive the answer that, 'No they are not allowed to do that'. in the end, the two guys with $32 in cash for the 'haul away' doing me a "favor", and the new refrigerator on the carport. My husband, son, and daughter-in-law helped complete the install of the new Samsung appliance which has been functioning flawlessly since. Why would Sam's Club contract with such a fly by night delivery/installation company?! When we looked into the refrigerator and the manual- the first page had instructions for taking the doors off to get the appliance in the home! I am attaching the notice that was inside the refrigerator of what the customer should expect, you decide. In the end, love the fridge, will not subject ourselves to Sam's delivery again. We have been Sam's Club members for over 30 years and I have never been this disappointed!
