When our 10 year old 24 cu ft Maytag fridge died because of faulty compressor and we lost all our food, we had to go with a Samsung side by side. We loved the look and features of this model especially the sphere ice. Wow is all I can say about the ice. It makes a great amount in such a short time on top of having standard cubed and crushed was a big upgrade. The capacity is amazing 27 cu ft with plenty of room for everything. The style is very industrial and gorgeous. I was nervous it wouldn’t match our other appliances and cabinets but it makes our kitchen pop more now. The external water and ice dispenser work flawlessly and the Smart Things app has added to the benefits of this fridge. I can control how much ice and utilize AI features to help save energy as well as make the fridge perform its optimal best.
The cooling of the fridge and freezer has maintained a perfect level where we feel our food is better preserved so no worries about spoilage.

This is a very quiet fridge, except when the spheres drop - understandably! You can barely hear them. Super happy with this purchase! The only thing I would add is options to change shelving height.

The adjustable shelf that slides in gives you options for taller bigger bulk items. Lots of door space for condiments and etc. Ice machine makes ice pretty fast and the whiskey balls are great for cocktails. I also liked the sleek look without door handles on the front. All around a great upgrade from our older fridge.  Temperature settings are easy to change and the fridge/freezer  boost setting helps when have to load groceries and cool or freeze them faster.

There's lots of shelf and door space. The drawers are very sturdy. My kids said they were much easier to open and close compared to our old one. I really like the adjustable shelf to accommodate taller items. It would be awesome if it had more adjustable shelves. The external ice/water dispenser was a must for us and so far it's been working great! We are also enjoy having the option of 4 different types of ice. It makes spheres, half spheres, cubed, and crushed ice.  Preferences and settings can be managed easily through the SmartThings app. You can also monitor and adjust the refrigerator power usage through the app with Ai energy! Lots of features that work for our family.

Love everything on my Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty refrigerator and I love that it can be controlled with the app. 
I have a few cons at this point: 1. I am constantly wiping it down because fingerprints are VERY visible. 2. The bottom of the doors are somewhat low to the ground, so there is the possibility of scraping the top of your foot when opening if you're not careful. 3. The shelves in the freezer are not really adjustable.

As an FYI because it wasn't easy to find in the manual: It takes I think 24 hours or so for the first time the ice spheres to be made.

Overall, I don't regret the purchase right now.

Dispenser is tall enough for Stanley drinking cup, however they missed having a light to see when glass is full!
The big ball ice cubes are great. You get full control of making 3,6,9 balls per day when you use the SmartThings app.
It is easy to organize food and makes it easy to find and retrieve items.

I have had repair techs out twice now and still not fixed. No fault to repair tech they have been doing what the Samsung support is telling them to do. Still waiting for Samsung to fix!
