[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very convenient we can set a load and let it wash and dry and. It have to worry. It's perfect for having a 2 year old! Capacity could be a bit bigger for a comforter. But other than that it's great for a family of 3.

Great for a family of 3

Samsung US

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vented all-in-one unit is hands down the best laundry appliance I've ever owned. I just throw my clothes in, and when I come back, they're completely dry—taking no longer than a standard washer-dryer set. Plus, because the drying cycle dries out the door gasket, the rubber seal stays completely dry, meaning zero mildew or slime buildup over time. 10/10, would recommend to anyone!

Hidden Gem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke AI Vented Laundry Combo is a game-changer for anyone looking to reclaim space without sacrificing the speed and performance of a traditional setup. Unlike many all-in-one units that use ventless heat pump technology, this model utilizes a traditional vent, making it the fastest and most familiar-feeling combo on the market.

Great features!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capacity is true to size, you can wash and dry your clothes in an hour and 30 minutes without having to switch your clothes….very low noise and vibration. Fill the washer with detergent for the next 28 loads….same with the fabric softener. You won't be disappointed, great buy ☺️

Great washer dryer combo !!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung makes some of the best washers, dryers, and dishwashers ever! 🙌🔥 They look great, work amazingly, and make everyday chores so much easier. Definitely a brand I can count on! 💯👏

The capacity and the drying and the vibration is wonderful

Best Washer And Dryer Combo 👌🏾

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ease of the machine is awesome! Clothes come out clean. No stinky clothes because you forget to put in dryer! Only down fall it errors every few washes and I have to wait 4 mins to drain and restart the load.

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Samsung Nailed It With This All-in-One!

I’ve been extremely impressed with my Samsung All-in-One Vented Washer Dryer. Having one machine handle the entire process from washing to drying is a game changer. Load the clothes, select the cycle, and come back to clean, dry laundry—no moving wet clothes from one machine to another.

The vented drying performance has been excellent, and the clothes actually come out dry. The machine is quiet, easy to use, and the smart features make it simple to monitor a load without constantly checking on it.

I also love the space savings. Getting full washer and dryer functionality from one appliance makes the laundry area feel much cleaner and more efficient. Samsung did a great job combining convenience, technology, and performance into one machine.

If you're considering an all-in-one because you want to simplify laundry without giving up the performance of a traditional washer and dryer, I highly recommend this one. It's one of those purchases where you quickly wonder why you didn't make the switch sooner.

5 stars from me. Great technology, great performance, and incredibly convenient. No real vibration. Ai connected to ensure consistent comms on every wash. Drys very well to a crisp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very heavy and hard to move, it disconnects from WiFi constantly, its depth is more than traditional machines so it doesn't fit in a standard laundry cupboard, and it's so low to the ground I have to squat to use the controls, fill soap, or change laundry.

I've had better

Khristine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this combo a week ago. We have tried different loads, different cycles and we don't like the drying cycle. Clothing is way too wrinkle, compared to our previous Samsung washer and dryer we had. Sometimes clothes are still wet, even when we set the “More Dry”option.
It is also really loud , We are still giving it a chance, but we are not impressed at all.

Not as expected.

We purchased the Bespoke AI All-in One Vented washer back on 11/05/2025. This is not a paid review.
Our washer/dryer is installed on our first floor and on an exterior wall where the vent to the outside is < 2 feet.

Every single load our clothes come out horribly wrinkled. The wrinkles are set so deep into the fabric we have to iron them out or just deal with the fact we now look like we are tourists living out of a suitcase.
Our clothes also look like they are deteriorating rapidly. In the picture you'll see my brand new Nike thermal hoodie washed for the first time. It's almost as if the fabric is literally being damaged by this washer/dryer.

We have worked with support and have tried all of the following.
Small loads
All sorts of various cycles where we've tried lowering the spin speed, changing water temp, using delicate cycles, etc
We have verified there is no blockage in the vent (you can see outside through the vent)
We use both laundry detergent and softener
We pull the laundry out immediately after the drying cycle ends

All this triaging/troubleshooting takes time. It certainly took longer than the 14 day return window which is absurdly short and my main WARNING as to why you should NOT buy this. Samsung support is basically AI regurgitating the same steps above over and over then when you get to a human they simply continue the same. We would love to return this for a refund but can't.

At this point we are contemplating giving this thing away for free!

This experience with Samsung has absolutely changed our mind on buying anything Samsung ever again.
